We liked the location, close to the heart of MIraflores, restaurants in the area, the closeness of the artesanias, air conditioning and a clean room at the hotel.

The only issue we had was with the restaurant menu not being that friendly towards people with food allergies. My wife has celiac (gluten intolerance) and we had to consult with the chef on the limited things she could have from the menu.

Really appreciated the bed- super comfortable. Everyone got ample and wonderful rest. Food was excellent for buffet breakfast. Staff was courteous and professional. We felt really well-treated.

Given that travellers are encouraged to drink bottled water, it would have been nice to find the complimentary bottled water in the room, rather than my having to request it via the phone.

Allowed us to check in early and beds were very comfortable and a very clean room.

The pool was gross. Got in and left a dirt film on your skin after. Would not recommend using. And we were on the 6th floor and it was still pretty loud at night.

Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and prompt.

It would be nice if you could provide at least a bottle of mineral water everyday.

All was excellent except the shower in the bathroom would flip between very hot and very cold ever time we showered. The pool on the roof is also not heated and was unusable as it was so cold.

I liked the spacious room (it actually was an unneeded handicap accessible room) with lots of towels. Front desk brought me a space heater after I asked how to adjust the thermostat.

I didn't like that I was told the shuttle would be S/100 each way, yet the driver charged S/105 each way. Same driver each way. Before the return, front desk said he would speak to driver that fare is S/100.

Very clean and very nice without being pretentious. The staff was incredible and bent over backwards to make sure we had a good trip. I very rarely give a perfect 10 score on a hotel, but this was a perfect 10!

They let us check in to our room a few hours early, they provided suggestions on finding places to eat, and were all around very helpful and nice.

Place was excelent, would visit again without a doubt. Hotel is new, that's why maybe two problems should be solved in the comming weeks: 1-. shower temperature is impossible to set, it variates without explanation. 2-. breakfast staff is absolutely not interested in providing any service during breakfast.
