I stayed at Hotel Tierra Viva for a week, and it was truly amazing. The service was excellent, everything was super clean, and my room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic buffet selection. What I especially want to highlight are the waiters, Eduardo and Victor. They are the friendliest and most helpful waiters I have ever met. I caught a cold and had to stay in my room for a few days, and Eduardo and Victor were always there for even the smallest request. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. A huge thank you to both of them! I really hope Eduardo and Victor stay at the hotel for a long time so that guests can continue to experience this exceptional level of service. I can’t wait to return to the hotel and hope to see Eduardo and Victor again to enjoy the same amazing hospitality.

The hotel was on a nice quiet street but was only a 3 minute walk to the Kennedy Park where all the action is. The location is perfect. The rooms are large, quiet and well kept. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast wasn't amazing but was pretty good. Eggs were made to order and were cooked perfectly. I would think that anyone booking this hotel should be very satisfied unless you are a hotel snob.

The lounge area in the lobby had a coffee and tea setup. It was not so good and the paper cups they gave you were very poor quality. They need to step this up a bit.

Clean, convenient, warm welcomed. Staffs here are super nice and helpful!!! I lost my camera on Uber and the receptionist helped me to call the driver because I can’t speak Spanish. Finally I got my camera back, and I couldn’t imagine what would happen without his assistance! Also the room is comfortable, we enjoyed our time here. The location is good, and it’s safe to walk around.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Miraflores neighborhood. Very helpful staff (Jennifer and Nadia) assisting with early check in, luggage storage and taxi. Room is clean and comfortable. We rebooked again to the hotel after having an excursion outside Lima. One issue for improvement - our room was on low floor facing the street, and at 4am there was a massive noise of trucks (probably garbage collection). For the second night we asked and got a back room on fifth floor and it was perfect.

Excellent breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi and very clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely and powerful. The location is perfect - only 2 minutes’ walk from Parque Kennedy, but on a quiet street.

The ‘view’ from the room was very disappointing and we had rather a scare when reception told us there was no record of our entry into the country on checking our passports. Our entry had been logged with immigration, but the hotel could not find it using their systems, so not sure why they even check if they often can’t validate it. We could have done without the stress of having to provide copies of our flight boarding passes and having to check all was in order via the embassy. Also, would have appreciated a fridge in the room.

The location is great - surrounded by so many amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Breakfast is wonderful. The reception staff are very helpful and we appreciated their advice on places to go, how to get there, and also helping us to organise a very early morning airport transfer at a reasonable rate. The room is very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a stylish and well-provisioned bathroom.

It was unfortunately really noisy most of the time we were there - not from street noise, but from some kind of drilling work going on in the hotel, and an annoying beeping which we think came from the phone next door. Hopefully just temporary but disappointing.

Centrally located. Breakfast included is great with wide selection of food & drinks. It’s what you need. Clean, comfortable, great location and friendly staff who speak multiple languages.

Nothing! I stayed in 3 different hotels in area over 2 weeks and this was my favorite. I was going back and forth and this hotel had it all.

This hotel is exactly what you need after long time spend on travells. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, the hot shower was great and the breakfast was the best I have had during my whole stay in Peru. Location is perfect, close to Miraflores gardens and despite its central location was quite.

During the night there were some weird sounds next to our room. The staff was very helpful and they gave us another room in diferrent floor which was quite. The price is higher for Peru.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast is included and is reasonable. The WiFi is decent. The staff seemed friendly. The coffee and tea station in the lobby is great. The street is quite quiet at night. Daily cleaning. The room was spacious and included a heater if it was cold.
