AMAZING! This place is exactly as pictured, described, and reviewed! It could not be closer to everything you want during your time in Machu Picchu Pueblo. Fun fact - after we checked in and left for dinner, we were distracted on the way back and walked past the hotel, but the attendant saw us and opened the door and called us back!

The same thing we didn’t like about everywhere we stayed - they charge for laundry service. Ours was only 40 Sol, but it would be a nice touch to include one load of laundry with each stay.

This hotel is very convenient for visits to Machu Picchu by train and upper rooms facing the river have nice views. Breakfast was quite good and the dining room has the views over the river and mountains. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

As with many hotels at this price, the quality of the hotel was average but our room was clean. There is no water supplied for free but there is some available for purchase in the lobby or in nearby shops.

Very basic breakfast. Only three meal selections two were empty when we got there. Compare the price at $195 one night, breakfast could be better

One of the rooms was very hot and without enough ventilation. Showers were either clogging or leaking.

Hotel is on a flat surface, other hotels are on very steep hill. Not too fare away from the restaurants.

Room could be bigger and could do with AC for heating...

The hotel is very close to the train station and the room is very comfortable. A hotel staff member met me at the airport and walked to the hotel with me, which I appreciated very much.

When I was ready to take the bus to Machu Picchu and leave my luggage at the reception at 6am, the receptionist wasn't there. However he came shortly after and put my things in a safe place. I would recommend that they have a note for customers if they step away so we know where to find help. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. The river is right next to the hotel, which makes for a great view even though it is a little loud. I loved seeing the river and the mountains through the windows!
