The hotel is surrounded with beautiful nature. You can see tall acacia trees and hear the chirping of the birds. It’s next to the Parade Grounds which is an ideal place for people who are into running or simply enjoy walking. Quest has a good location as there are also walking distance restaurants. Overall, it’s a nice and good value hotel if you want a quick escape from the busy Angeles City.

The hospitality of the staff and the breakfast buffet can be improved. We didn’t like that they had to call us and remind us of the checkout time an hour (!) before the check out. It’s quite off-putting and it gave us the impression that they wanted us out immediately. Because of this experience, I don’t think we would ever go back again.

Location, big beds, aircon, room, staff

I think this is already the umpteenth time I commented about how they can improve their bathroom by putting a bidet. I’ve also seen many previous clients who commented about their lack of bidet, but all the admin does is just to acknowledge and no action. What I do is just bring my portable bidet but what about the other clients. Even the low star- hotel in the country have bidets but this hotel doesn’t have one in their rooms. What’s the use of this review if they don’t take action.

Breakfast - good selection, tasty choices, bread was freshly baked Room - spacious, good layout, functional Location - near clark parade grounds, near food establishments, plenty of greenery around the place Staff - approachable, helpful, alert (witnessed a boy accidentally fall on the big pool and was instantaneously saved/pulled out of the pool by the lifeguard on duty; my dad almost slipped as he goes down the lobby steps and the guard on duty was able to catch and hold him)

nothing. i liked everything. as for improvement - probably the cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved, sides of the sink and shower cubicle can be cleaned better

We liked the room! It's bright.. The pool was really nice for my kids. They also have a kids area. Breakfast buffet was abundant! All the staff were helpful and friendly. From the security, concierge, reception, f&b staff, housekeeping and kichen department! Everyone has shown us wonderful experience during our stay.. I kindly asked for packed breakfast meals for 4 of us at the reception, since we were checking out super early. The kitchen staff delightly offered us 3 packs of breads and pastries and rice meal for me. Room service delivered it at the lobby before we checked out.

Breakfast was very generous, lots of options to choose from. Salads, meats, chinese, american, english and filipino options were prepared! Definitely the highlight of our stay! And lounge access was great as well, cocktails and pastries, and other refreshments available so you do not need to go out to grab something to eat. We upgraded our room to avail of an early check-in plus lounge access. This is a no-brainer for us and we truly enjoyed the perks of the upgraded room. The room was clean, and aesthetics were homey but modern. Bed was comfortable. Facilities of the hotel are maintained and spotless clean.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Highly recommended place to stay!! We enjoyed their Q Lounge area including the options available there (food & drinks) and top service of staff. Big thank you to the in-house nurse/medical team for the quick support/action provided to my wife when she called and needed assistance. Especially John for the quick action in sending a document we needed! Excellent support! Thank you also to the maintenance crew, Jeff, who was quick to assist. Will definitely come back!

Compared to other hotels in the area, this is value for money! Room was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our room view was facing the main road. It comes with a large bed and a sofa bed. Friendly staff - from the hotel lobby, upon checking in, the restaurant staff, pool attendants. Breakfast buffet was really good. Had a lot of variety. It could have been better but for the price --- it's worth it! I liked that they don't offer bottled water in the room but instead unlimited water thru the water dispenser along the hallways.

I wish that there would be a water spray inside the bathroom :)

I like most the people, starting from Jason at front desk, Ghin, and those servers / waiters in the restaurant at breakfast (sorry, I’ll get your names next time) and dinner. They are great personalities who best represent the above par quality service of Quest Hotel. Keep up the excellent work and service, team Quest. 👍

Those at the restaurant who got the list of guests to avail of breakfast. I was a bit off on the first breakfast day, 17th, when I was told by the staff at the reception that my room rsvn was only for packed breakfast. When it was made clear at front desk when I checked in that I have 2 more pax for dine-in. And it caused some delay, there were guests behind me then, since she had to re-check the list. I suggest that there should be a better way to “communicate” such a misunderstanding without necessarily making the guest feel awkward (like how i felt then).

Location of the hotel

We were given incorrect information about the buffet lunch. The waiter initially said it was 1,700 for 2 people, but when we paid, he informed us that the correct amount was 1,700 per person (he apologised for the wrong info he had givern). Although we didn't argue and accepted his apology, I would have insisted on the initial rate if we had more time. Nonetheless, we didn't want our stay to begin on a negative note.

There is no toilet bidet. The dinner buffet is overpriced at P2,100 per head considering the selection. We were about to go out for dinner, but I'm concerned there won't be any parking slots available when we get back, as there is limited parking capacity and it's a 2-minute walk away from the hotel.
