Good location.We got an upgrade at no extra cost.

No hairdryer.No free bottled water but there is free water from their water dispenser.Good thing the dispenser was just beside our door.

The customer service of the reception staff upon check-in is tops 10/10. All staff are very good even for different shifts.

The security guard who was supposed to assist the guests to park was very rude and arrogant. We came back to the hotel quite late and we were looking for parking. He said there's no parking. And he pointed us to the one in front, which is a bank and parking is open. Fortunately, it was Saturday the day after so no parking is allowed. Asked him if weekdays where are the guests supposed to park, he said they can double park in an area which he pointed. Asked him what if someone in front will leave in the wee hours so we will be notified and wake up and transfer parking? He couldn't answer. He just didn't have the courtesy to reply.... just ignored us.

We love the location because it's very convenient for us. We can just walk around Lacson street and near all nice restos. The room was big and spacious for the 3 of us and our bags. Love that we can do Netflix and chill. And has a water dispenser for drinking just outside near the elevator.

I actually love the bathroom but the shower area was getting clogged up whenever we use it. Then the water spills to the entire bathroom. We had to wait until it settles down for the next one to use it. Hope they can fix so it would be convenient for the next guest. And hopefully if we get back there our bathroom will no longer clog up.

room was not well cleaned. sound from the road felt like the windows were open - it was so loud. air conditioning unit was loud also.

Breakfast... Simple. Location... Nice. Room... Fine. Elevator... Working. Staff... Great. Lobby... Cool. Hallway... Clean.
