Centrally-located, attached to a large shopping mall and the National University . Also walking distance to S&R and easy access to Bacolod City downtown area

Because it is in the reclamation area next to downtown, it is often congested esp in this holiday season. Traffic can be extremely frustrating. I also lament that I had to twice leave my vehicle to be valet-parked in the SM Department Store because there was NO PARKING for us hotel guests! I had to pick up my car at 9:30 pm or near mall-closing time which this Christmas season is 10 pm. A bit of a hassle esp after a long exhausting day. The parking in SM City Bacolod is a nightmare. That is for me a big negative knowing that I stay for almost a month and I have a vehicle…unlike in Seda, the staff knows me and assists without prodding…from front desk to guards to restaurant servers to bellman… Need to personalize Park Inn’s service a bit so we long-term stayers will book often

Staff made extra effort to give me what I wanted. I specifically requested a double bed. They put me on a super king-size bed. When I asked for plant based milk for my breakfast coffee, they provided. They booked me a taxi hailing service every time I needed one. They always carry their untiring smiles. Variety of world foods for breakfast buffet. It was one of the largest exceptional spreads ever seen and tasted. Well done!

I heard people in the corridor when they walked past my room. I can also hear someone next door blowing their nose whilst in the shower. One of their bath towels were ripped, and it looked like they needed to be thrown away and replaced with a new one.

The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. The lighting was very good, with electrical outlets available where needed. There was also reading lights and cellphone charging ports on the headboard. Roxanne and Reuben at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Also Joenx who took care of our luggage was very nice and professional. Those 3 are assets to your company and are deserving of a pay raise. That was the best hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the Philippines. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great job to all.

The view was a wall of the building next door. Not good.

The Park Inn is surely one of the best hotels in Bacolod, especially the location joined to the SM mall makes it an attractive stay. The rooms were big and clean. Especially the shower was great and had the best water pressure I ever experienced in the Philippines.

Even though we booked a king bed, we ended up getting two separate twin beds. I didn't like the AC. It was too cold for me but I also couldn't set it to a higher temperature. It is locked by the hotel and even the technician they sent didn't really help, so I had to live with the lower temp for the night. The breakfast is also way overpriced for what they offer, there are better hotels for it in Bacolod.

The suite was very nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great selection for breakfast but they promptly close at 10am so don't arrive late. Pool (not heated) and bar area was nice too. Super convenient location since SM has everything you'll ever need.

Sections of the hallway walking towards the room look like they've seen some water damage. Traffic was horrendous around the mall 1-2 days leading up to christmas. Pool bar drinks were inconsistent (sometimes excellent, other times, not) and inefficiently prepared.

Location was perfect with access to mall. Swimming pool was very nice. Room was very comfy.

Service in the restaurant was disappointing. We were basically forgotten many times, even if the restaurant only had a few customers. Some food was served cold, which suggests that it had been forgotten somewhere. One dish came so late, that we were already having coffee & desserts, when they brought it. We didn’t eat it, it was also cold. Very limited parking space for hotel guests. We had to park in the shopping mall lot and felt uncomfortable for our rental car.

I liked the location since it is attached to the SM Mall and is close to other places I visited in Downtown Bacolod. The room was as expected, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast that was included in the booking was delicious and have lots of options to choose from.

Although, I was warned about the construction noise going on on certain times, I would have appreciated it if they gave me a room further or on the opposite side of the hotel. I inquired about this but was not given a different room during the check-in process. Not sure if we were singled out because we did not book direct. I didn't like the speed in refilling the food stations during breakfast. Arrived 1 hour after openning and most of the food stations are empty. The coffee/espresso machine was not refilled with coffee beans. Waiters were plentiful but were not checking whether the food is empty and needs refilling.

Exceeded our expectations. The room had every amenity, big window and exceptionally clean. Lots to watch on the TV as well as having lots of information about the hotel you can browse. Nice pool. Nice bar.

I don't know why you ask this question. I can think of a few things, but when I'm giving a good review you shouldn't be prompting me to think of something negative, I would say it on my own if it was important. You should update your form to have just one field for comments. People will think of bad things on their own if it is important to them.

As soon as we got to the hotel, we were immediately accommodated by the staff. They informed us that standard check-in is at 3pm but they were nice enough to allow us to check-in by 12nn. The room was big and spacious. There was a big open closet with hangers and iron (and iron board). The room also has a kettle with complimentary coffee and tea. It's also nice of the hotel to have a pitcher of water and instructions as where we can refill it. Plus points that it has access to a mall which was so convenient when you need to buy something. The staff also knew that it was our wedding anniversary so they gave us a cupcake with a note! Lastly, they have an allotted free parking area for guests who checked in the hotel. Overall, we liked our stay in this hotel.

At the moment, the hotel is located in an area surrounded by construction. While you won't hear any noise from it, you'd need to take a detour to some closed roads. Also, the area is not in the main road where most of the restaurants and shops are. In terms of facilities, they could add more (and perhaps bigger) trash bins in the room. The trash bin in our room was also broken.

I had a very pleasant stay here fo 8 nights in a Junior Suite. I particularly loved the location. It is conveniently located and connected to the SM Mall. The staff were all very nice. Housekeeping was awesome. For years, I had been wondering why hotels would display signs "Save the planet and conserve water"...with the simplest of instructions to leave towels on the floor or tub when you need fresh ones and 99% of the housekeeping staff were oblivious to this reminder - but Park Inn housekeeping knew what they were doing. For the duration of my stay ... they never once took my clean towel that was hung on the rail. They only replaced the ones I placed on the floor. I have stayed in 2 more hotels (Makati) for 10 days during this trip and my towels were always replaced daily. Like I said ... so many housekeeping staff are oblivious to their own guidelines and reminders. I also liked my window view ...even though I only get to enjoy the glittering ocean from a distance during late afternoon/early evening.

Lack of drawers was a bit of a let down. I did not like to hang all of my clothes or leave them in my suitcases for 8 nights and the open display unit is not really very private to stack shirts or other clothing. I like to put night dress or underwear in drawers and not on display. Also, lack of USB ports. I did not see any.
