Decent size room. The bed is big.

Staff manning checkin - she's not friendly at all. Its a bit difficult to approach her. Breakfast options - there were a couple of items that are not available. Also, its a bit difficult to select as the form is not given to the guest but rather just being read by the staff. It would also be nice if such should have been given to the guests upon checkin so that it will be prepared right away in the morning rather than asking them. Location - the street is dark. Although it is safe, but it is just uncomfortable walking in a dark street. Wifi - very slow internet speed. Then the router signal is also very bad. I was staying in the ground floor and connected to their ground floor router yet I keep on being disconnected with the wifi. I ended up using my own mobile data.

The room is very spacious, good for three. The wifi is good, you can do work from home. The place is near to commercial centers and not that difficult to buy things and get food.

The bathroom rugs were not replaced. The place is surrounded by large open canals. I am just concerned about heavy rainfall that might flood the area.

The staff who assisted us when we came in was really accommodating and explained everything very clearly. The breakfast was great, as well. Location is very good, quite neighborhood.

Twice we checked in in this place but both times there was no internet connection on the 2nd floor, it was where our room was. Planning to stay here again but looking forward to have the internet connection fixed.

The location was good. The coffee in the morning was good.

The room was booked for 2 but only soap towels and coffee for 1. The TV was very poor quality and no WiFi in the room.

AC is not fully functional and there is no tissue paper at the washroom. They should be giving 2 towels for the double bed room.

Everything was good… ordering breakfast is little bit complicated, Philippino way, but okey 😀 i enjoyed stay there

The location was very accessible and convenient to Butuan Doctor’s Hospital and other establishments in the city proper which I loved the most. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating while the lobby is really cozy. 🥰

I hope they could serve vegetarian friendly complimentary meals. They only have limited choices of their menu and it’s totally a waste of money naman if you don’t get your complimentary breakfast which is included on what you’ve paid for. However, neither of the choices are vegetarian.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are polite and accommodating. Food is ok.

Parking is a big problem. There is a limited parking space, good for 4 slots only ( 3 if one driver is being inconsiderate) even if you requested for a parking slot via online booking. It is on a first come, first serve basis. Other than that, everything is ok.

They have a no. of bfast options which is a good deal

The room is quite small and the bathroom does not have exhaust so it was quite smelly
