The room is nice. Clean and has a big space. Location is perfect. There are eateries, malls, and supermarkets nearby, so everything is so accessible. Staff were kind and welcoming too

We didn't ask for a room clean up on the 2nd day, but we're surprised that the staff entered the room to clean, to change sheets and towels. We appreciate it, but if only we were informed, we wouldn't mind.

It’s a very ideal accommodation location-wise, the staff is genuinely friendly and cleanliness is topnotch. We stayed for two weeks and felt very welcomed and comfortable. They go the extra mile, for instance they had various towel folds next to our son’s stuffed toy which made us laugh.

The airconditioning was a bit noisy and the shower’s warm water is inconsistent. In the morning the neighbor’s dogs bark incessantly - but if you are mostly out and about this wouldn’t be a problem.

Polite and friendly staff, clean room with a comfy sleep, a Safe and Mini fridge was also provided which was very useful, Shower was good, the highest temperature it would go from is lukewarm to borderline Hot, the location was excellent due to it being Central, a 20min walk or 5min Drive to Sugbo Mercado - IT Park and 30min walk or 7min Drive to Ayala Mall, I chose not to eat here due to being Vegan and my options were very limited, but I found a 100% Plant Based Cafe 20mins walk or 5min Drive away with an extensive menu. The Hotel offers Tours to Oslob, Moaboal, Badain and Bohol at a fraction of the price I found on multiple websites whilst in the UK. It's a no thrills Hotel but excellent value for money being the cheapest option whilst matching the requirements of the more pricier Hotels. "Why pay more for the exact same thing elsewhere"

Had to pay in cash, no other method of payment was allowed like PayPal, e.t.c They required a 1000Pesos deposit should your room get damaged during your stay but you get it back at the end of your visitation after they have checked the room and it meets their criteria.

The beds were comfortable. And the room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect to explore the local area and eat local food.

No soundproofing, you can hear everything through the thin window. The next door outside Aircon unit! The staff communicate with wokey talkeys so you can here them in the corridors during the night and early morning. Ask for hand towels as they don't provide. Also, toilet paper had to be asked for.

The staffs are all very friendly. Hotel is located in a decent neighborhood and a walking distance to city life. But heads up though, if u r a party type, it'll will be a ride to the club, not walking😊. You can arrange personalized excursions directly from the hotel, I had no clue. It was my first visit to the Philippines not very sure what to expect, so on my first day, I was shown arrown the area, how to commute, the kind of apps I can use to order meals from outside if I want... Huge Respect 🙏!!

Love the room and place, it’s quite and nice to stay most especially at night times. The staffs are also friendly and they accommodate us with respect and care. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a place that feels like home, clean and spacious most especially when you’re with your love ones. Thank you so much 18 suites hotel and staffs will be there again soon.

Clean modern decor great value in central location of Cebu city. Good WiFi, TV good, hot water shower, communal hot/cold drinking water dispenser on each floor and nice shared patio balcony on 2nd floor. Great staff

Cant open windows in room though is common in most newer hotels now. I like to open the windows sometimes especially at night.

That I could order breakfast at all and they bring it to my room was a big bonus. There were several choices, and since this was my second stay there, I chose another dish. Both were delicious.

Location was perfectly central. No frills hotel but everything basic worked perfectly. Loved how clean, modern and neat it was. Staff was also very friendly and tried their best to accommodate my preferences.

Staff didn't quite understand how paying via PayPal worked, but after I insisted, we worked it out as I had a preference to pay via my credit card. Also had to pay extra for extra blankets but all worked out in the end.
