Excellent staff all around, and breakfast buffet is tasty and varied.

The 10 or 12 minute walk to nearby Ayala Mall was nerve-wracking--so much traffic always racing by very close and coming out fast from alleys--as you navigate the narrow, uneven, or sometimes non-existent sidewalks--100% full attention to your walking is needed to avoid a mishap. I very quickly started taking taxis to and from Ayala Mal...the $1 fare saves a lot of stress (for me)

- Lovely welcome at the reception. - Great size room with good amenities. - Big comfortable bed. - The downstairs restaurant/lounge area looked very nice even though we didn't use it during our short stay.

- The nearby streets did not feel very safe for walking. - Hotel staff keep every guest an extra 10min after checking out until they have checked the room. This was not communicated to guests at check in and caused frustration for many as people were rushing to the airport and did not know this beforehand. We recommend that hotel staff inform guests at checkin that a check will be required so that they expect this.

Breakfast: Some days they have a lot of options and better choices but there was a day that it was boring choices. No bacon, just eggs, fried rice, and a fish. Ofc there are breads and pastries. Overall, it was still value for money! The rooms that has balcony and economy rooms are actually cleaner, more modern compared to the deluxe suite room in the 10th floor. I find there a bit noisy seems like the room in the lower level are newly renovated including the windows because i can't barely nltice the noise outside.

The staff was very friendly. The rooftop cafe was a beautiful place to eat and drink and a beautiful view over the city. The breakfast was incredibly good with plenty of choice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was being cleaned every day. A clean bathroom with big walkin shower and bath. I loved the big mirrors and water boiler and free slippers. It was a comfortable stay.

In the beginning the noice from the traffic outside I didnt like, but I slept very well all week, so it was no problem after all. We couldnt get the tv to work haha. I missed a garden or some nature, but its a big city so no countryside there of course.

The room was clean..i like its location have easy access to your destination.

When we're about to check out,i called the reception..then she asked if we need the service staff to help us bring/carry our big bags..then i told her yes please..we've been waiting for so long..the sraff did not come.....so we decided to go with the heavy bags..my husband went out first to the lobby then i followed bringing one big bag..after that i went back to the room to get the two more big bags...very heavy😭

The staff was very helpful from the beginning when I first inquire about their facility by message. They respond to me very quickly and with lots of information. I did not expect any quality food for my quarantine period, but, their foods were so delicious and we were so happy. Our room upon arrival had a bit slow wifi, but they fixed it immediately and even brought a wifi router, which enabled me to work smoothly. They even helped to hook up Netflix for my son. The room was so perfect, and we really appreciate the manager and all for letting us transfer to the same type of room after our negative PCR-results. Our quarantine period became like a vacation period because of their hospitality.

Only sad point was that our room doesnt have hot water (only luke warm water) a few days, so we had to bear the water when taking showers and bath, or observe the timing when the water becomes hot.

We arrived quite late to Harold's and were checked in quickly and efficiently. Up to our room on the tenth floor. Great room. Great bathroom and a spectacular view. We went up to the rooftop bar/resto and had a couple of drinks to unwind, gatecrashing a party in the nicest possible way. Back down to the room with its gigantic bed and a great nights sleep. We stayed and explored Cebu City for a couple of days, and only did about 25% of what we'd planned, as we lazed around in our room for quite some time.

We should have booked for maybe five nights. Traffic outside is very busy, but Harold's is on one of the major routes in Cebu, so it was to be expected. Other than that, you would need to be extremely picky to find fault with this hotel.

Such an excellent hotel, including amazing roof top bar with views of the city. I have enjoyed my stay very much. The service was outstanding, the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Special mention to Pherie Jun, Krizha, Jason and Vilma whom assisted me at breakfast, and provided wonderful service. Overall, the best hotel in Cebu in my opinion.

Excellent staff in all departments; breakfast buffet is good but needs one or two more substantial entrees; the a la carte menu in the downstairs (breakfast) restaurant is very tasty and very nicely priced. Bathrooms/shower are updated and a good size.

The breakfast buffet needs one or two more substantial food items --if they can do that, it will be a very good breakfast buffet. The rooftop restaurant is really pricey...great food, but bring your wallet, haha.

The breakfast that was served every day was the top of the morning for us.The food was prepared very good and the staff on duty were very professional in the way they handled their assignments.Again,the entire staff should be commended for their commitment.

When everything is right there is very little room left to improve. The selection of food items available each day was so amazing.We loved every bit of this
