The hotel is very clean, and comfortable, has an elevator (coz we have luggage), and the room is big enough to move around with luggage. Have a cabinet to hang clothes, the bed is comfortable after a long journey, linen is clean, aircon works well, have cable tv, the shower is strong and hot, have a bidet, they provide toiletries, towels as well, water refill near the lobby, a kettle, 4 pillows, proper desk for the working station, the internet is good, proper lighting in the room too and big mirror outside the toilet and fire extinguisher (hope you"ll never have to use it). The staff is very helpful and nice. They also provide 1 month's stay which is a good price. The location is also good. We really love our stay here at Cebu Hotel Plus. It's really worth the price of comfort and cleanliness.

The towels need to be replaced. They also need to check the cable of the tv, it was loose maybe when they are cleaning. I had to tighten it up coz the screen was static. It's just minor really. We really love our stay here.

The room is a bit small in size otherwise it is a great place to stay. The staff interacts with the customer in a professional way. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant staff was amazingly good. They were attentive and met customers needs. They prepared me a special dinner when I asked them. They were happy to do it. The staff made the restaurant a good place to rest after a long day sightseeing. Kudos to Maria and Kir. Not forgetting the chef who prepared the special dinner. They were excellent in their job.

Liked the location, cleanliness and most especially the courteousness of every staff, as well as they’re always smiling. Big contrast with the other hotel that we stayed in last week wherein the staff were not smiling, un-approachable, and not good in courtesy.

The restaurant. The staff were accommodating. It is central and we can walk around a street away from a restaurant which we love. We will go back again to stay and visit Rauls with their gorgeous food and great musician.

The sink taps were actually leaking and the hot water was not working. However, the temperature was not cold, so we didn't bother. We will report it on our next stay if it happens again.

The entire staff was amazing, helpful, respectful, accommodating and all in all, a great place to stay. Excellent location and very convenient, surrounded by eateries, pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeshops, etc...We will definitely come back and stay here again.

We loved everything about this place.

Great experience with a convenient location and delicious breakfast. The staff was very accommodating to my request for a lower-level room. Although the hot water could have been warmer. The comfortable bed, clean room, and proximity to shops, dining, and cafés made my stay enjoyable. An excellent spot for solo female travelers, with friendly staff!

Overall the hotel is good. Receptionist were very helpful also the doorman at night was exceptional.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit far from the faucet so it causes us so much water to the floor. Also there is no hair dryer in the room.

overall am happy with our stay except the videoke outside too loud especially in time for resting Hopefully they are more considerate to the surrounding neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay. It was closed to all major malls and easy to get around by bus and jeepney. Very convenient. Staffs are very nice and respectful. They were very accommodating and welcoming the entire stay.

It is located to proximity (by jeepney) of places to visit like the Magellans Cross, Sto nino parish and the Fort San Pedro Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

None so far, we had an excellent stay. Probably a hair dryer provided will be perfect.
