Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good.

What I didn't not like is how the receptionist staff name MARK answered the request of my friend. My friend asked for a towel change and this receptionist name MARK said the towel will be change after 3 days because that is the policy of the hotel. This is my first time to hear that the hotel will change the towel after 3 days.

The place is clean, all hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. While we had an itinerary, I like that they gave recommendations that are fit for a DIY tour and budget friendly. It's best to have the hotel book you a cab instead of taking grab, the drivers are friendly and know the area and tourist spots better, plus you're helping the locals. 😊 Also, since we had to leave early for Moalboal on the 3rd day, they allowed us to take our free breakfast 6am even if they serve it starting 7am. Highly recommended hotel, hospitable, knowledgeable staff, not too fancy but comfortable enough and strategically located in Cebu City to enjoy your Cebu adventure.

They gave us 2 double bed room when it's just 2 of us, I just think the room could have been more spacious if there's just a double or queen bed since occupants are just 2 adults. It's not a deal breaker, though. 😅

The staff is very friendly and helpful the front desk management and staff is some of the best I've ever dealt with. The manager is a perfect fit she is very courteous and staff is very pleasant

It's not very close to tourist sites . But it is close to some very good restaurants and plenty of street food .

Spacious room, good breakfast (you order from various choices on the evening before the breakfast), friendly and helpful receptionists, very clean, very nice view to the mountains and very big windows! - we liked our stay and will definitely come back.

The AC was a bit too weak, that's why the room needs a few hours until you feel comfortable. Sadly you get only one key card so you can't go out while the room is getting comfy - i guess that's for sure also because of ecological reasons but in that case the AC should have a bit more power (an additional ceiling fan could maybe also be an improvement or the solution, @Hotelmanagement: maybe you could try that out..)

To The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very spacious. The staff are beyond awesome, especially the two ladies at the reception. And also the guy who works rhe afternoon shift, I think his name is Mike, great personility and always very helpful. I think this hotel has done well in terms of staff training because their staff are truly awesome, even the cleaning ladies.

The breakfast. I think they can improve on it a bit. However the server staff were so awesome, it made up for the breakfast.

There was an odor in dining room area & lobby whenever we arrived. Poor linens in the bathroom and yellowed sheets & a pillow case.

We booked the Deluxe room, which was spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again, if I returned to Cebu

It’s a bit far from every thing. It would need a bit of attention to details and ongoing maintenance.
