The staffs in this hotel are very accommodating and reliable. We had to switch rooms for our luggages on our last day. We agreed to bring our luggages by the lobby to make way for housekeeping and we will just bring them back up in to the new room once available. All of us, went out for the day; agreed to be back by 2pm, to check in again and bring our luggages to our new room. To our surprise the staffs took the initiative to bring our (15) luggages in to our new room. It’s one of those things that made this stay such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Cebu City.

While Hamersons Hotel boasts cleanliness throughout, the small size of their bathrooms could be a downside for some guests. However, it's worth noting that despite the limited space, the bathrooms are well-maintained and impeccably clean, mitigating the inconvenience to some extent.

The way on arrival no room was available, even we arrived way pass the time limit after 14h, we had to wait sitting in the entrance for an extra 20 min. Booked this hotel already several times , first time we encounter this, booking was already paid ahead. Special what annoyed me most was that, when ask how long we had to wait, answer was like , I do t know sir. And that was it, if payment was not done ahead, for sure I walked out and book me other hotel in the street.

The place is clean, all hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. While we had an itinerary, I like that they gave recommendations that are fit for a DIY tour and budget friendly. It's best to have the hotel book you a cab instead of taking grab, the drivers are friendly and know the area and tourist spots better, plus you're helping the locals. 😊 Also, since we had to leave early for Moalboal on the 3rd day, they allowed us to take our free breakfast 6am even if they serve it starting 7am. Highly recommended hotel, hospitable, knowledgeable staff, not too fancy but comfortable enough and strategically located in Cebu City to enjoy your Cebu adventure.

They gave us 2 double bed room when it's just 2 of us, I just think the room could have been more spacious if there's just a double or queen bed since occupants are just 2 adults. It's not a deal breaker, though. 😅

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good.

What I didn't not like is how the receptionist staff name MARK answered the request of my friend. My friend asked for a towel change and this receptionist name MARK said the towel will be change after 3 days because that is the policy of the hotel. This is my first time to hear that the hotel will change the towel after 3 days.

The staff is very friendly and helpful the front desk management and staff is some of the best I've ever dealt with. The manager is a perfect fit she is very courteous and staff is very pleasant

It's not very close to tourist sites . But it is close to some very good restaurants and plenty of street food .

Staff were amazing and very accomodating, location was excellent and just a walk away to restaurants and attractions at Fuente Osmeña. Very easy to get around via taxi. Highly recommend

Our room didn’t have an outside view because the next building was built so close we had no natural light coming in. No fridge in the room and bed was a bit too firm
