Oh I hate to say this but I'll be honest. I'm so disappointed coz I reserve a reservation and I choose with breakfast but I surprised it's without breakfast so we pay at the property without any argument. Aside from that pool is not allowed to use. Also not complete amenities at room.

Mostly the location, very accessible, and near to one of the popular malls (Ayala). I really like that they offer different meals daily on their breakfast buffet. You get what your need to kick-start the day. Staff are accommodating, and provided us what we needed, during our stay.

I wish the room floor could be cleaned and washed daily. We could feel the filth and stickyness on barefoot, and each time we check our feet, they were dirty again (Yes, we washed our feet many times). Our children almost stained the white bed, Because of their dark feet. Wifi connection in our room is poor - something they could look into.

staff service, they allow us to check in early since there is misunderstanding with the booking.. location is convenient, nearby restaurants and few minutes walk to ayala mall, room facilities are all working..

a bit of noise, since it is under renovation after the typhoon, pool not yet accessible as well since under renovation.. food selection can improve, add some variety like, american food etc to have more option to choose from.. a daily garbage collection can also do..

The location is very good. It's near Ayala, safety area, reasonable hotel price. The breakfast buffet is good quality enough for me. Room space is largeer more than I expected.

When customers were many, breakfast wasn't comfortable as too many people. Restaurant space isn't enough for many customers.

The hotel is in good location, I booked this hotel for 3 days getaway for my sister with her husband and daughter . they will celebrate their daughter s bday at the pool, unfortunately, the pool is under maintenance, so I decided to look for them that has a pool , they stayed only for 1 night and I asked my sister if they can refund it, the office said they cannot because I booked in thru online. Anyway the hotel is okay and friendly staff

I like their room although the A/C was not that cool maybe adjusted with the weather. The location was good it's very close to Ayala Center. I do not like the breakfast served the "dilis" the option is to eat egg and sausage There is no bidet in the toilet.

Room is nice. Location wise I must say. Aircon is very cold, nice one! Toilet is big and clean.

Bed comforter is uncomfortable to use. The thick part detaches to the main or outer lining that is why we experienced cold nights. Garbage is a messy one since they did not collect garbage on daily basis. They don’t have menus for food inside the room. They have to consider that there are guests who like to stay in room only.

Prime location. Close to the business park, mall and very accessible to public transpo.

The pool seemed to be "unmaintained" and the rooms are spacious but a bit outdated regarding interiors. There was an event during our stay and half, if not most, of the space for the breakfast buffet was closed off for the event's guests.

location and prices. Food is great and the staffs are friendly.

noisy surroundings… chickens, dogs outside and the walls not well insulated, you can hear people talking.

Staff are very helpful and smiles all the time.

The airconditioning smells when turned on. Bathroom needs some extra towels & tissues.
