Great value suites right smack in the business centre of Cebu. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast included, good enough food variety. Will consider staying here again when in Cebu.

Some furniture and decor are old and tired, needs a bit of freshen up. Otherwise this place is perfect.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were fast. They were also helpful answering my questions about public transportation. Our 11th floor room was a clean as it could be. Nothing showed any signs of wear or damage. I was surprised to find there was no hot water in the shower. I've stayed in other hotels without hot water so I tolerated it. After the room's aircon thermostat presented an irreparable fault which caused it to repeatedly set itself to 19 degrees and we were moved to another room, did I discover that the lack of hot water was an anomaly and not the norm.

The lighting in the room was inadequate. The lamps on the nightstands didn't provide enough light by which to read. There is live musical entertainment in the dining room, at too great a volume for the small area. The singer in the evening is talented and her accompanying guitar sounded great. I would have enjoyed it if I was 30 feet farther away.

Check-in was super easy and we dealt with super professional staff. Parking has security and underground facilities for our car. The rooms were clean and bug free with the added availability of housekeeping there to give extra service for any need. We enjoyed a super buffet breakfast every morning with help from the waiting staff. We will stay at the hotel again in the future.

There wasn't anything to not like about our stay other than it was too short. We look forward to our next stay which is actually 3 days starting this weekend.

The room is really spacious. ♥️ The staffs are approachable and the location is okay since there's a mall nearby and also convenience store like 7 eleven.

I hope there's more variety in their breakfast buffet especially in their fruit section and will refill it faster because it seems that they don't refill it immediately. I keep on asking a staff for a refill because when we get there to eat around 9am, there's almost no foods in the containers. The breakfast buffet is until 10am though so I think they should still refill it at least for the late comers.

The room was nice, big enough and comfortalble. The breakfast is very good for Philippinos but not for foreighners. Foreighners are not fan from pinoy breakfast. They not like to eat warm in the breakfast they like cold cut with a little bit cheese, gamay sausage and most of all boiled eggs not to hard cooked. I payed breakfast for 5 days but I was only 3 times there, because of the reason I wrote above. So I bought gamay cheese and ham and sausage and bread in Metro Ayala and breakfastet in my room and I liked my own breakfast more then the offered breakfastm My partner Philippina liked your breakfast very much because I rewine for the Pinoys is the breakfast excellent, but even not for the foreighners.

The only one what I not can prise is the attitude from the reception. This is not my first stay in Elisabeht and I registered again, that the kindness from the concierge can be nicer. Maybe somebody can teach here to be a little bit more friendly to the guests if they have questions.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast especially the Filipino dishes. The room was spacious, with good air-conditioning and clean sheets. The gym had the basic necessary equipment for an exercise session. Thumbs up with the location as it was only a few minutes walk from Ayala Mall. The staff were also very accommodating.

The towels might need changing to new ones. Food was served quite late when we had our dinner in the restaurant, which can also be improved.

Hotel staff were great, in particular the concierge who helped arrange a driver on Christmas Day for some of our sightseeing. Breakfast was good with many choices.

I had a room that faced the main road and wasn’t completely soundproof. Wasn’t a massive issue as I am a light sleeper and slept through much of the night, but can be noisy. The curtains in the room let light in through the sides but again, I had an eye mask as this would keep me up so I was fine but can be an issue for some.

Staff was exceptional and accommodating. Without their efforts, my rating would be 6

Internet speed is slow and cuts out. Needs upgrade. Breakfast buffet could be better. Maple syrup for pancakes was way past expiry date. Gym equipment needs maintenance,some machines not working

Pretty nice location. Close to the business park and a few minutes from the city center. The morning shift staff were friendly.

Wifi is not as stable as I'd want it to be but enough to upload/download some files for work, not so much when it comes to meetings and streaming videos. I work during the night and I ordered some food from a delivery app and the night shift front desk lady wouldn't let delivery guys leave my food order at the front office, it was such a hassle as I was in a meeting and couldn't really come down at the exact moment the food arrived. She didn't call to confirm if I was expecting deliveries, unlike the morning shift people who called to confirm if I was expecting deliveries. I had no problem with this with other hotels I stayed with, so it was kind of a shock that she didn't let my food through.

We stayed at Hotel Elizabeth 2017 and really liked the place. So, when we come back to Cebu in 2023, we want to experience the hospitality, the Hotel Elizabeth way. Dining in is the best. Their chef cooks better crispy pata, pinakbet with bagnet, tinolang isda etc. etc. than any other Filipino style restaurant. My family agreed after I invited them. I wish u still have the pancit bihon in the menu. The staff are very helpful and very happy.

I think they spray some insecticide in the hallway and the room. I can smell it, and for an asthmatic like me, it can be a bit difficult.
