Absolutely loved the location and how they decorated it for christmas / new years eve :) In general it was clean and the stuff was always there to help you with anything. The staff was very friendly, also reminded us for the last call for breakfast which we would’ve missed everyday. :)

The Bathroom was a bit moldy, the curtains had a lot of black spots and the bidet was completely black on the head. The breakfast only included instant coffee or hot chocolate, you gotta pay extra for juices filtered or coffee.

The room and pool were tidy. The restaurant offered good food which were reasonably priced. The live band was a pleasant surprise, too. The staff were also very accommodating.

The beach in front of the property was not well maintained. It’s probably the responsibility of the barangay to ensure cleanliness of the beach area. Used plastics and bottles were left by visitors. Since there were also plenty of dogs in the area, dog poop we’re along the roads and the beach. 😠

The lication is superb if you want to be away from the hustle of big city life. The room is clean, spacious and new. Linens and towels are clean . Although we have not enjoyed the outdoors so much because of the typhoon, we still enjoyed the pool. We mostly stayed inside and played carf games instead. Food is superb and worth the money we paid for. Id definitely go back here. Overall stay is excellent. Staffs are very fri3ndly and helpful.

What I like about the property is that it s well maintained, clean, and you will surely have your relaxing vacation. The staffs are very friendly, and accomodating.

They just need to maybe address the issue about the fruits falling off from the trees and hitting the roof of the building that we stayed in, at some point it gets annoying.

It is near the river and beach. They even have their own ihawan by the beach, although the food have a lot to improve. The restaurant food was good and worth the price. The wifi was great as each room had their own router (I think) Having a swimming pool was very nice even though it was a beachfront hotel. I had options when I was not feeling well going to the beach. The water was hot even in the evening and the sands were cleaned every morning. The staffs were accommodating when we arrived early and they let us wait in a kubo before check-in.

Hard to travel around the area if you don't have car. You have to walk all the way to plaza to find a tricycle. They don't have contact to tricycle terminal. No restaurants nearby. We only ordered from their resto during lunch as the "Youhan Ihawan" was still closed. Some of the stuff in the room were broken: broken towel rack, broken shower light, wet 1-ply tissue. We asked for the staff to replace them but they did not bother to check it. The placing of the TV was very off. It is placed on top of the cabinet which is very unnatural to look up when you're lying down. It would be better if it was hanging by a wall mount in front of the bed.

The shower in the room was OK but not as good as we have had in other accommodation

The staff are accomodating and the property itself is a blast. Perfect location and modernized classic feel of the rooms.

Pool should be considered free next time. Lol.

Breakfast turned out delicious. The staff were very friendly.

It was a little disappointing that there was no bottled water service in the accommodation.
