Lot’s of activities, friendly staff, clean facility, safe, and plenty of parking.

Internet dropped so no TV or wi-fi one night. No shampoo or soap in dispensers, and beach had oil slick from nearby port with fuel depot. Construction at outdoor bar was very disruptive during the evening dinner service and live band hours.

Breakfast was great few but decent selections. Kids love the water slides, wave pool (should have sunshade), beach though it was too hot. The staff are just too wonderful and very proactive - very attentive and always ready to serve with a smile. Special mention to Khamille at FO and Marcia (not too sure about her name) she brought us the beach towel and the servers at the beach Restobar.

The guards at the gate, we understand that they are just doing there job, but didn't like the idea that you will be stopped each time you go out of the resort and asking for Check Out pass.

We loved everything from the location, facilities, activities, rooms, the staff and the food. We stayed 3 nights and the place was so awesome. The kids enjoyed oll the different activities from wave pool to the inflatables and the slides as well as the island hopping and snorkeling and the jet skiing.

While we were dining at the Naya Bar , there were 2 cats jumped into our bench , looking at the table eyeing our dinner. We told the host and still the cats kept coming back. Until the security came and watch the cats not to get close to us. My sister has an allergy to cats.

I liked how accomodating the staffs aspecially their life gaurds.

I didn’t like that there were activities that they said online would be available but is not when we arrived (entertainment building- karaoke etc.)

Liked when they allowed us to see the rooms first. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and talk to. Facility was fantastic and hope to return in the future.

The first rooms we had on our reservation that didn't have any windows but the staff worked with us on changing our room choice.

I liked how there were variety of pools and slides.

I didnt like that some activities were not enjoy due to unavailablility of facility (which was not mentioned).

Friendly staff, great food, best amenities. Dog friendly.

Mosquitoes, Sunset Cafe served us omelet with meat after emphasizing that we are vegetarians.

I liked that the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The property has all the essentials that we wanted, pool, beach, and water activities. I also liked that it is pet friendly.

Our bathroom had a leak.
