My family was very satisfied with the cleanliness of each room, fresh beddings, good breakfast, and superb customer service by staff. Very pleasant, friendly atmosphere brought by positive and ever ready staff. Thank you for the great accomodation. The following are commendable: - accommodating staff especially Denton - strong water pressure - sumptuous breakfast buffet - great location (near town proper and McDo but away from the main road where traffic noise is expected) - clean pool

The following are our suggestions: - placement of hook behind the CR's door - replishment of tissue and complimentary drinking water for every day of stay (got only one set for our 4d3n stay)

It was my second stay at Charms hotel. The communication with the hotel before my arrival was very nice. The hotel is nice, but there would be place for improvement. The lady at the reception was very helpful. I like that the hotel is situated outside of Coron, because I don`t like the city

No fridge in the room! No lights which can be switched off at the bed. Restaurant and bar staff was very friendly, but not very well trained

Asian breakfast is absolutely stunning along with the English breakfast. Hotel serves with English milk tea which is highly unexpected people like us from England. Staff are very welcoming and down to earth attitudes 🙂 😊. Reception staff particularly ANDREY and DENTON are always welcome us and provides us good support during our stay at Coran Island and make us to feel home.

Basically nothing

Quiet side of Coron but has easy access to Transpo. Staff are very help and really easy to communicate with. Even raining, they will help to hail a tricycle for you if you need to visit the Town. Room space is good and the room I booked has direct access to pool. Breakfast included was good, freshly made with fresh fruits included! Would stay again.

Extra furniture like room chair and desk would be good. There was a chair outside but missing a small table and you can lounge just outside your room.

This place was incredible! Great staff, rooms and facilities were clean! Loved the pool! Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get downtown and enjoy some restaurants and shopping.

The only thing we didn't like was the chickens nearby crowing very early in the mornings (4 am). It woke us up every night, but that's just part of life in the Philippines too.

Pool was clean, nice, warm and refreshing, Filipino breakfast, was ok. They went out of their way to cook me 2 hot dogs every morning, if it wasn’t on the breakfast schedule. Room was clean, and air con was perfect

Nothing to dislike about this hotel, it was small, our room was at the end of the hotel, that made it quiet for us from any road noise from cars, tricycles.

Everything was perfect. Nice Staff -they provide all kind of needs you have, like tours, transportation for airport, good swiming pool, good breakfast, quiet place,

Few electric outlet in the room ; Some materials in the property should be renovate, but nothing essencial.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean. The pool is really nice too! Real close to town proper. Has a mcdonalds nearby. -If you wanted to take a tour of the coron islands, they have tour packages and they will book it for you. They also have a tricycle on standby so we always have a way to go to the town proper. -the breakfast is really pleasant especially the garlic rice! ♥ -they can also book your van transfers from and to the airport for 250 pesos.

-the ac constantly breaks down (i think due to some issues in the piping, but i think this is just an isolated case). But they offer to transfer us to another room, but we declined just because we don't want to transfer our things anymore. Overall still a pleasant stay! :)
