Used this as a base for one night after a boat trip before heading to the airport which it was perfect for. Clean, quiet and staff sorted out transfer for the morning.

Charms is a great place. Decent location and nice rooms to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but it's nice enough. You don't need more than some eggs, toast, fruit and of course, coffee, which is all there. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to most of the restaurants, bars and massage parlours from Charms. The WiFi was mostly decent - there was one VERY fast connection. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Nothing, really. The place is not luxurious, but who needs luxury when you can explore all the beautiful islands? You need a comfy bed with a working air conditioner and a nice hot shower, which Charms definitely has.

Location is away from the crowds and noise of the city. Restaurants and drugstore within walking distance or tricycle ride away. Breakfast buffet good value with eggs meat rice toast juice coffee. Staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, singles, families.

After shower I'd notice a lot of water on the floor. Not sure if it goes through the shower doors but we would just mop it up with floor towel. Also, they only accept cash for payments .

Hotel is really specious and our room with balcony was massive so this was really nice. Pool is huge and really clean, nice set up. Breakfast was really generous and during weekend was buffet so we didn't have to order only set meal.

During heavy rain water start dripping somewhere in the ceiling, we had notified reception but this wasn't fixed. We got apologize and offer to move to other room but we decided to stay in room as it wasn't so bad once we got confirmation that roof will not fall on our heads.

Great place. The breakfast was awesome, the room was great, the staff helped me out when I had food poisoning (bad street food). Its next door to a good motorbike rental shop. For a guy like me I would still consider it walking distance to town, but far enough away from the noise of town.

The staff was incredible. On this level it is one of my best experiences. They were kind , helpful, polite. They upgrade me in the middle of the week for free. One of them recognized me on the street and drove me to the hotel on her personal vehicle.

This was one of the most comfortable rooms we've booked during our whole trip through the Philipines! The beds were very comfortable, A/C was working perfectly (scilent, well regulated and didn't blow directly at your bed - so you don't catch a cold), the pool was nice and the staff was very friendly.

My family was very satisfied with the cleanliness of each room, fresh beddings, good breakfast, and superb customer service by staff. Very pleasant, friendly atmosphere brought by positive and ever ready staff. Thank you for the great accomodation. I will definitely let me friends know about our wholesome experience in Charms Hotel!

It was my second stay at Charms hotel. The communication with the hotel before my arrival was very nice. The hotel is nice, but there would be place for improvement. The lady at the reception was very helpful. I like that the hotel is situated outside of Coron, because I don`t like the city
