The room was modern, finished to a high standard and was comfortable for both of us. The staff were very friendly and polite and were always willing to help us with any queries. While the hotel wasn’t in the town itself, it was a fairly short tricycle ride away from all the centre which cost about 60 PHP one way. Nice to have access to the pool too!

The breakfast could have done with some variety but a free breakfast is always appreciated. The room didn’t contain a safe for our valuables which we’d expect to see for a hotel of this price range.

It was beautiful and peaceful! It was perfect distance from the hustle and bustle from the down town but still okay distance to take a trike to go out for dinner in the evening. The service was good!

The restaurant was great except for a special smell that reminds me of deep fried oil maybe. Also there were some trouble a couple of times with our key card when we came back from our day trips. And when you are tired and cranky you just don't want to go back all the way to front desk to fix the problem.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests.

The breakfast which is included in the price of the stay could be upgraded. There are two options - western and asian which both consist of fried spam, eggs, free to use coffee and juice, but differ in rice for asian and pancakes for western. The same breakfast every day is not very enjoyable and a difference in protein choice is strongly recommended. You could upgrade for a buffet breakfast for 300php pp, however, I think this inclusive breakfast could be upgraded a little and bring more joy.

beds are very comfortable. the room was ver quiet! there was no noise at all at night. shower had good water pressure. internet was good. very nice pool.

few sunchairs at the pool. might get busy if too many people want to hang at the pool. don’t expect too much from the breakfast especially if you are vegetarian - was still ok. pancakes, some fruits and a bit bread. location is a bit away but just a short ride with a tricycle

The resort is great! Massive pool and very friendly staff. The rooms were nice! Comfy beds and good bathroom. Great value for money in my opinion.

The facilities are very clean, I would like to commend the staff/receptionist. They are very helpful and approachable!

It would be good if the food is warm when served. It was a good thing that they have soup/congee as an add on to the menu.

I like about the property is their food, their breakfast is included and they serve big portion! The staffs were very accommodating!

Poor breakfast. All the doors in the hotel make very noise when closed, maybe because the mecanism .

The pool is clean and nice to swim. The breakfast has a few options but it is ok. The room is clean although the TV turn off after sometimes.

The location is a bit off town but its like 15 mins ride with tricycle. If you intend to do staycation , Soleil Hotel is a good place to stay. If you want to explore the town, you need to ride the tricycle to the town and a bit tiring to go out .

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, Jerome was the best receptionist we ever met, one of a kind, everyone is working there to make the hotel work in the best way possible and you can see that. Amazing swimming pool and facilities. Thank you to everyone for making our stay perfect.

The food in the restaurant needs to improve a lot!!
