stunning view from the hotel (panoramic view, cause hotel is up in the mountain), BUT you dont need to worry about the transportation to town (they have free shuttle to the center and back). Restaurant deserves all the applauses, cause the food is the best in all town, do dont waste your time in searching better places :) staff is helpfull and welcoming :) also, the pool is great plus, cause sometimes the tours to islands are cancelled because of weather conditions, so you could spend great time near pool and have a massage ;)

the only disappointing moment is the smell in the rooms of mold :/// we even asked to change the room because of that smell. Fortunatelly we got another one, which was in better condition, but close to breakfast restaurant (you can hear people starting to prepare food from 5am in the morning). Also, take in mind, that proposed tours by the hotel are overpriced by approx 25-30%, so you can arrange the same tour with the same provider in lower price (with pick up and drop off to the hotel)

Waited for more than an hour before the minivan left from airport to hotel. I believe it is a third party that the hotel makes use of to transport guests from the airport to hotel. They waited for a second flight to land before departing. Rather make use of the local minivans going into the town than using the official transport: cheaper and not a long wait. Apart from that all was great!

The property provide a shuttle from the airport for a really good price. The hotel has a lovely view overlooking coron town. The free shuttle is great. It will drop you off and pick you up from wherever you want. They dropped us to the ferry for free and provided salad sandwiches as we had an early start. We also walked back from town once and it was only 20 mins. The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant has some nice veggie options. I really enjoyed the sizzling tofu. We booked our tour through the hotel and had a great day. The hotel provided towels for us to use. The staff are excellent.

Room service - attentive staff who brings us our requests Resto was ok (except for baby back ribs we ordered) They also offer Island tour package - we loved the tour, thanks to our tour guide Rick who always checks in on us and who assisted us throughout the tour The overlooking location of the hotel is superb - my fave part of our vacay aside from island hopping. View from the resto, pool and our room is breath taking and very refreshing. They have everything in here - laundry services, sauna, massage, pool, souvenir shop, bar and motor rentals. I love it here and will definitely come back and book our whole family in this resort. 🥰💯💫

The hotel could use some improvement, such an air conditioner leak in the floor that could lead to mishaps. While most of our stay was without a working room telephone, instead I was provided by a mobile phone of a staff employee. Thank you, Grace! ☺️ We ordered their baby back ribs from the resto but it was very dry. We requested for sauce but they said they no longer have sauce to provide. Apart than that, it was alright. Staff members paid close attention to our wishes and wants. With the exception of this, our vacation was fantastic.

Great staff, free shuttle to the city upon request, wonderful view, quiet location, and a great breakfast.

Wifi- besides the fact that the reception in many Filipino hotels is pretty bad, the login code system in this particular one is not the smartest: they give you printed codes at the frond desk (one per device) and it keeps kicking you out, claiming it has reached the max amount of users for this particular code, so then you need to go grab more of these printed codes from the front desk, and pray it won’t happen again in the next few hours.

The staff were extra accommodating, polite and always smiling. They would always make sure you are attended to All requests granted. I love the free shuttle. Love the size of the room, the resto on site with good food and the lovely view

The pool looks old, towels were not white. Would be good the change them. The beach towels they provided were full of stain and old. It doesn't look good for others to see Especially it is carrying their name.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Will cater to your needs. The location has a great view of the town. Free shittle around town socyou won't have to worry on how to get from point alA to point B. And they will pick you up when you need to go back to the hotel after your peisure trip.

There is an area that needs shade from the rain, where you go from the first floor to the lobby or resto on the 3rd. Just be very careful as it gets slippery whencwet. Suggest to put rubber or anti slip matting to prevent accidents. But they will accept feedback as constructive and immediately address your concerns

The staff is nice and very helpful. They all work together to make the customers happy. They have initiative and well mannered. The welcome iced tea and cold towel are a plus. Breakfast is awesome.. with a different menu every day. The housekeeping is fantastic! They clean up daily and refill everything that is running low in the bathroom supplies. My kids love the pool. It is nice that they provide towels even before you ask them. There is a free shuttle whenever you want to go around the town. The drivers are very approachable, they give good advice on what places sell good souvenirs and great places to dine. The restaurant’s food tastes good and their staff is kind too. The performer has a really nice voice.

Wonderful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble and a great view of the bay. I loved the quirky additions of the swing bridge, little seating areas and spiral staircases. The complimentary shuttle service to and from town was a real bonus. The room was immaculately cleaned and a minor issue with a plug was sorted immediately.

A bit run down. The pool needs a refurbishment, the 'tidemark' needs removing and the chemicals should be better managed so it sparkles. The aircon was sometimes noisy. The bed was pretty hard. The chef needs to learn to cook eggs so whites are set, waffles were undercooked too. But it was all made up for by smiles, customer focus and determination to be helpful.

So unusual design! We stayed more than one week and I would fully recommend this hotel because we felt there simply great. Though we had to claim a bit from city, the view is exceptional with nice terrace. Pool is fine, breakfast reasonable and don't miss the chance to have dinner there. It's delicious! Besides some days they had the best mango juice. The rooms are reasonable with A/C not so loud and well working, and we had a good sleep. All this is covered with very kind and friendly staff who tries to fulfill all our wishes, giving us free ride to the city any time we wanted and helping to arrange some private trips.

We met several unexpected issues. First, water was sometimes not running and we had to ask staff to fix it. They had some problem with pump but it was solved after 2 days. I guess this should not happen. Another issue was we got best mango juice one day, so we ordered the other day and it was horrible, just full of water. So the quality could fluctuate with who is just in charge. At last I found the rooms bath just too simple. All these issues were solved in the end and should not distract you from staying there, because the positives significantly prevail!
