The room was well appointed , clean and comfortable.

The location was away from town , staff were not able to go of script, the roof top bar / jacuzzi were out of order ( and look to have been for sometime) the pool side furniture was poorly maintained, Breakfast was limited , overpriced hotel

Staff were excellent and attentive. The room was large and cool. The balcony with sea view was very nice. The room was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of choice and good quality.

The food on the main menu for lunch and dinner was very disappointing . We ate two meals in there and both were below what i consider good hotel food, so ate outside at much better and cheaper places. The Japanese curry was just ok, The burger steak was dry, over cooked . The thin crust pizza was quite unpleasant with a crust like a bit of cardboard. If the price was very cheap in wouldn't be such an issue , but the prices were standard Hotel costs. And looking at how few people bothered to eat in the Hotel restaurant I think others felt the same .

The deck access room was great & had lots of deck chairs for guests. Sunsets were amazing from both the deck & the pool area. Staff were very friendly & happy. Everything was clean. Food was delicious. Access to the main street of Coron is right out front. The hot springs are close by & boat tours are very easily organised including pick up & drop off from the hotel. I recommend the Exclusive tour options as you get a boat to yourselves with a Captain, deck hand & a guide to show you around. Early starts usually beat some of the crowds.

This is more a guest complaint rather than a hotel one. From the 2nd floor you could hear a guest dropping weights in the gym area, which is on the 5th floor, with many signs asking not to drop weights. The staff did speak to the guest, after multiple guests complained, & they did stop.

The room was stunning. The building was beautiful, and amenities were great. Breakfasts were the best we had in the Philippines. The Panorama Suite did not disappoint. The bathroom was unreal, and the view from the tub at sunset was to die for. We were treated very well by staff and given a complimently celebratory cake. They also covered our room in rose petles, which was beautiful.

The diner menu was very, very expensive and was subpar. Book airport transfer earlier than recommended as we went with what was booked by reception and missed our flight 😑 Also, it has a dock, but our private boat tour couldn't dock there as it isn't considered fancy enough. Was disappointed that we spent all this money a had to dock on the other side of town. We were also told we couldn't eat our wedding cake in the restaurant unless we paid $500, which was so weird

The hotel is well located, overlooking the bay and within easy reach of the main stretch with restaurants (just take a local tricycle). The staff are lovely and will do what they can to assist you with your travel needs. I stayed in both a Bayview and a Standard room, and each have advantages and disadvantages. The Bayview rooms benefit from a beautiful view and quieter setting but also suffer from the heat of the sun exposure. The Standard room are cooler as they are not exposed to the sun all day long, but overlook the a noisy road and as there is little noise insulation, you need to consider what is of value to you, also in my case the view was of the electric pylon. In all cases the beds are comfortable and bathrooms are quite large, with walk in shower, plenty of towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. the hotel has a gym and an infinity pool both overlooking the bay.

Because of how the A/C units are installed there is little sound insulation from outside noises, so if you are a light sleeper I suggest paying a little more for a bayview room.

Staff was excellent and paid close attention to your specific needs.

The paper products (napkins, toilet paper, etc) were very low quality.

staff was amazing, very courteous and helpful. buffet breakfast was good as well. the view from our room is spectacular, and so relaxing.

food from the restaurants is too pricey. pool is too small for the price of the Hotel, was expecting more like jacuzzi. If you will stay longer in Coron, I suggest to book cheaper rooms near the center, then booked an expensive hotel for the last few days of your stay if you want to just relax in the hotel during your last days in Coron.

Excellent location, the staff are amazing and are super attentive. Facilities are very convenient and accomodating and the hotel arranges transfers and tours easily for your convenience. The amazing staff is what really makes this hotel amazing. They made our trip very memorable. Ollie, Bernardo, Sheryl, Paul and Pao. The chefs create amazing authentic cuisines and the breakfast buffet is top quality. We didn’t want to leave.

The bathroom whilst spacious needs more ventilation/exhaust fan. Other than that everything was perfect.

The staff are outstanding and very friendly! Everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious! There is an ‘egg’ station and they make the bests omelets. They also make delicious flap jacks (pancakes) and waffles if that’s your thing, plus each day they offered a local delicacy with the breakfast for you to try. Honestly, the 'beef tapa’ was the best i’ve ever had. The infinfity swimming pool was so nice to watch the sun go down from and they hotel runs a “happy hour” buy 1 get 1 free cocktail to celebrate the moment.

We had 4 nights in a room that faced the street. It wasn't the best room as the furniture looked a bit ‘tired’. Plus, the room was situated next to a private home in which a rooster lived. This bird acted as the village church bell that chimes every hour on the hour right through the night. If you are a light sleeper, rather request a room facing the ocean. On the last night we upgraded to a sea facing room. It was a much nicer experience! This room was much bigger and a rooster couldn't be heard. Both rooms had a little balcony which was great as it came with a small drying rack, so if you want to wash something, you were able to dry it very quickly. (this is a luxury we didn't have in the hotel in El Nido)
