It is very near the airport, has a massage parlor, shops, and restaurant just within the place. Also, clean place, and the room was decent and spacious. I really like that it is just along the highway so the transportation is easy, to and from the city center or even to the North. Also, it is located outside the city’s busy place so it’s a good place to relax after a long trip. I didn’t have an issue staying at the place. I hope they will continue this good service. I highly recommend it!

Not sure if they have, but it would be nice if they offer a shuttle service to the airport.

We were able to check in at around 11pm without any problems. Room were spacious. A/C was a bit noisy but it's OK. It's like a white noise to reduce the actual noise of cars passing by. Bed and Comfort Room were very clean. A/C was Cold so that's great. Bed is comfortable. Bath with heater. Toilet with bidet. Food from Anniepie downstairs were so delightful. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. A lot of table and chairs outside to sit down on if you want to relax.

The location was very convenient specially when you're having flight schedule.You don't have to rush your way coz it only takes less than half an hr to get to the airport

You should find a way to get rid off mosquitoes around the area.Staff are nice ,place are clean it was just the mosquitoes I didn't expect

Good clean rooms Cheap close to airport of your a smoker not good have to walk at lest 100 meters to smoke they have balcony why can’t you smoke in the small balcony use to be able to do it couple years ago now you can’t other then that was good place to stay

The staff were friendly and accommodating, to say the least, and the restaurant on the ground floor was as good. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The people of Davao are very welcoming!

The hotel is accessible to McDonalds, Jollibee and they have restaurants at the ground floor, food was yummy.

No elevator, if you don't have someone to carry your luggage to the front desk, you'll gonna be dead. Good thing the staff was there downstairs to help me carry my luggage. All is good

Great rooms, lots of space and appliances are regular-sized. Wonderful staff-- they assisted the whole time and were very responsive and accommodating due to the airline delays and changed plans.

Sheets were not changed from previous guests, based on the number of hairs and dirt on the sheets.

There is a weird smell around the property. Stinky smell. More like a toilet/septic tank smell. Makes you feel uncomfortable.

The window AC is not enough to cool the entire family room, not feeling cold at all...and it's noisy, better change with split AC
