Location is good. We only stayed to wait for a flight after coming in from a ferry. It’s down the street from the port, which was convenient for us as our boat arrived later than expected. Restaurant was also open late, which was a bonus for us. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions for getting around the neighborhood. They were also able to sort out a room assignment mistake quickly. The park is close by and was a great place to take an evening stroll.

Lack of elevators, could be difficult for those with mobility issues. I don’t remember reading about it being stairs only. Breakfast was good but be prepared to stay an hour if ordering a hot meal.

The design was fun. The room was basic but had good reading lamps, charging facilities by the bed, a full length mirror, and a desk for work on a laptop. We were very happy bunnies! The staff helped us with iodine and bandages when one of us had a minor accident in a tricycle outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very good as well.

Unfortunately there was building work next door, but such things can't be helped. The lack of shelves for the toiletry bags is ubiquitous. Would be so easy to add to the bathrooms!

Staff were great and very accommodating. Management was helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We didn't get the room we requested via Booking.com. Their advice was to call them directly for special requests next time.

Great location across the street from the boardwalk and the "I ❤️ Dumaguete" sign. Close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as the port. Room had a nice view looking across the street at the boardwalk and water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Ube buns and other pastries in the restaurant were delicious. Laundry service was done on time and delivered to the room.

Not convenient for elderly or handicapped people...Room had a large step up to get into the bathroom and no elevator. Shower water was either too hot or too cold.

The eco friendliness of the hotel and its feel. The location is near the Dumaguete port. Very convenient if you have planned trips going o Siquijor, Cebu or Bohol. And it is conveniently located to all the tourist destinations within the city.

There are mosquitoes inside our room. It was hard to sleep as the room is not properly sound proofed. Some occupants talk so loud that they can be heard in our room. Better if the hotel has a silence observance policy if sound proofing can not be addressed.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. We like the ambience, comfy and soft sheets, pillows and bed. Staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. If you don't have a car, public transportation are just available right in front of the hotel. Dumaguete Port is of walking distance. It's close to shops, restaurants, ATMs. My son got his haircut at the salon few steps away from the hotel while me and my husband were able to get a massage as nearby. I was able to do my early morning walk at the boulevard when it didn't rain.

We had really heavy suitcase & a box full of goodies and our room was in the 3rd floor, so it would have been better if there's a lift or at least a room in the lower floor. The staff were very quick to assist though. More options for breakfast would be better and additional meal that is not fried would be awesome.

The location is really good, it is right in the sea front overlooking the boulevard. The included breakfast is great value and the staff are lovely, the my went above and beyond.

The was a few ants crawling about in the room. The kitchen area seemed to be bellow our window, it was kind of noisy, with people taking and moving things about. When it rains the water drips onto the external air conditioner making quite a loud noise.

Honestly speaking I did not really like the design of the rooms and the fact that there is no elevator. But otherwise I felt comfortable in the hotel. The restaurant is quite good, but the portions are small. Great if you arrive from the port, then you can ignore the tricycle mafia there and walk directly the few steps to the hotel.

Aircon was noisy. The window just pointed to a close wall.

breakfast was amazing. service was great. hotel was awesome as a whole and the owner will happily meet and greet his guests with the warmest smile and handshake. Phenomenal place and would highly recommend this to absolutely anyone and everyone. Come see for yourself. place is a GEM Whoever designed the hotel did an amazing job with the exposed.. well everything style. vintage accents and finished cement floors??? come on man! thats awesome. place is how I would design my personal home. absolutely beautiful design. honestly I would smile walking through the hotel as it felt like home.

Menu needs French fries. lol hardly a drawback but would definitely be a compliment to the already awesome menu they have.

The location is good, it’s on the sea front and at the top of the promenade which is good for walking. A lot of the nightlife is in close distance. The bathroom was large and all the electrics are modern, everything worked. Styling is taste but I found it to be clean and welcoming.

There is no lift which can be a problem for some, the advert should be very clear in this. It can get a little noisy but this is the Philippines, noisy should be an expectation, I slept just fine.
