This was my second time staying in this property and the experience was again excellent, particularly for those needing a reliable place to work. The best thing about this hotel is their exceptional Wi-Fi. Whether you're attending virtual meetings or working with demanding software applications, the connection is consistently strong and fast. Additionally, the staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone goes out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. Their professionalism and warm hospitality make you feel right at home. Overall, M.Y. Hotel is a fantastic choice for business travelers or anyone who needs dependable internet access. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my visit. My recent stay at M.Y Hotel surpassed all expectations, primarily due to its unbeatable location, exceptional staff, and lightning-fast WiFi.

As someone who's very sensitive to dust, i can really tell if room just looks clean on the outside. The room we stayed in really feels and smells clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Despite hotel being compact and every area has limited space, it's a very well thought of design to accomodate needs of their clients such as a pool, cafe and dining area. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Security guard even went and looked for a pedicab for us.

Didn't mind that rooms are small but at least a cupboard to put stuff in so we dont have to lay open our luggages on the floor all the time when there's not enough space to begin with. But overall, still a great place. Would still come back.

What I like most in this hotel are the staff. From the security guard who greeted us in the entrance door and the front desk are all friendly. Checking in went smooth. The room is in decent size, it's clean, the bed are well made and comfortable and the bathroom are full of amenities. We did a late service request and the staff came quick. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, not much to choose from but good enough as complimentary for the price that we paid. I like the location which is in the heart of downtown walking distsnce to restaurants and shops.

The pool closes early we did not had time to enjoy it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast check in and fast check out. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was comparable to Dubai or Europe not like other places in the Philippines. The location was in the middle of the town so easy and cheap to get anywhere with a pedicab. The breakfast didn't have much choice for a European but the eggs were made on location exactly as you like them.

The breakfast had a very narrow choice and all of it was too sweet (even the sausage tasted like sugar). No bacon, no yoghurt.

The place is nice, although a little bit narrow but in terms of interior it's quite good. I like our room accommodation, unlimited internet and Netflix although sometimes it's weak. They have very good and accomodating staffs. They attend directly to our needs when we request for room service. We had a nice stay!

I don't like how they manage the breakfast hall. It's crowded especially during Sundays and they are understaff. The food on the buffet table mostly run out coz there are a lot of diners, and we have to wait a little longer before the food be refilled.

Staying at this property feels like coming home every time I visit Dumaguete City. They never falter in their exceptional service, making each stay a memorable experience. The staff is always courteous and welcoming, and they greet you with a smile every time you see them. It's the little touches and the consistent warmth of the staff that make this place stand out. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in the city!

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is cozy, the bathroom is spotless with hot and cold water, and they provide towels, toiletries, and even indoor slippers. Plus, there's a convenient coffee machine in the room. Breakfast offers various options, and there's a nice lounge area for working or relaxing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the room could be a bit bigger, but that didn't bother us at all. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Big comfortable room, water dispenser on every floor. Good breakfast included. Swimming pool was adequate.

I think that the pool needs a refresh.

My friends and I love the property so much! The location is close to everything- walking distance to banks, boulevard, streetmarket, and others. The overall design is very vibrant, happy, and clean! we love the rooms and the breakfast is superb as well! will come back for sure! 🙏
