The staff were so lovely, always a friendly smile. great location right in town and a really cool apartment. Small and practical kitchen with a great private area outside to sit and enjoy. Wifi and aircon were also perfect!

Recently renovated, the common areas are very nice, especially the terrace. Wi-fi works very well. The bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the main streets, but without their noise. Great and helpful staff.

Noisy airco system. No curtains between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, which gets wet when you shower.

Exceptional value, clean and welcoming. New hotel with air con and TV in rooms, breakfast available. Friendly and helpful staff. Locationa good, just two minutes walk from the centre of town.

My room had everything that I needed although it was 'no frills' (no soap/shampoo etc) which is understandable given the low price compared with other hotels in town.

The location was amazing! The apartment was very well equipted and the staff helped us with everything we needed. All the palmera hotel has common sitting areas, balconies and free filter water stands which made our stay super easy. We highly reccomend.

Unfortunately there were a lot of ants and bugs around and in the room. (It is very regular in el nido but still wasnt very pleasent) But when we asked the staff to clean they got rid of the bugs so just kindly ask! And they will help Also in one of the rooms the water pressure is very slow but in all the other rooms its perfect.

Really kind receptionists and well mannered. Room clean and brand new forniture. The structure gives the chance to book inland or Island tour and van transfert to Puerto Princesa as well.... Private or shared

Breakfast service could be improved by the restaurant. Don't have breakfast included so you can go to have that to the place you like more could be the best option.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this place, excellent location and really welcoming staff. A few mins walk in to town but far enough away there’s not a lot of noise. Clean, comfortable and across the road from a really nice coffee shop. Water tanks outside of room so free re-fills and nice fan/aircon room. Perfect for a couple or friends that are backpacking and want a quite room to re-charge

Very clean and spacious rooms. The shower is good and has hot water. The reception staff in particular Lesley were extremely helpful. We had an issue with getting to El Nido due to the ferries and the staff were proactive and helpful. They also have free water at the property. The location is close to the beach and in the heart of El Nido town.

The shower drain was blocked when we get there but staff were quick to fix the issue.

second room I stayed in was great. good wifi connection, very clean and the room felt safe. also liked that the bathroom and shower were separate.

the first room I stayed in had a door that didn’t fit the dimensions of the doorway so you could see a little outside. made me feel like bugs might come in at night or that someone could peak in. bad wifi in that room.

it was great staying here. we stayed at the smallest rooms but it was okay since we were out everyday. WiFi was good and the staff was super friendly and helpful! thank you! the location was great too. a quick walk to the busy Main Streets but more quiet here!

Just some little tiny details that could make the accommodation a bit more comfortable, like missing hand towel hangers in the bathroom or some small wardrobe to put your clothes in…
