I spent there five days with my family. All members of the staff are very helpful and so kind. I’ll never forget the tasty pancakes and omelettes for breakfast. Water, tea and coffee all day free. It’s an ideal place for a long term stay (digital nomad) and also a great stay for women as there is a dormitory and bathroom for girls only. There is also a washing facility for free – only bring your washing powder.

very nice hostel! there is an opportunity to socialize without pressure. the hotel itself is very beautiful, has everything you need for life. There is always free water, tea, coffee on site. There is an opportunity to wash your clothes in the washing machine, it's very cool! The hostel can help you get out on excursions. There is also a cafe where there is a good selection of food and cocktails.
of the minuses, only the noisy air conditioner in the room.

The best Hostel we've been in! We are so amazed by their overall service. 1. Squeaky clean of toilet and the whole room. They provide daily housekeeping (which we didn't experienced from other hostels) 2. The toilet is superb! It may be small but it is very smart and space efficient (sorry I was not able to take pictures) 3. Mirrors everywhere! 4. The location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walk from town. 5. They have different programs every night (Movie night, pasta night, etc.) 6. The garden view is sooo relaxing. I love the dining deck with the garden view. 7. Breakfast buffet is just fine, nothing fancy but it's descent. 8. Most important of what we need is a fast wifi and backup generator as we work remotely. They never miss! Net is fast all the time (180mbps) with backup wifi and generator. El Nido usually has blackouts but this hostel is ALWAYS fast to power up their backup generator. Perfect for remote workers! 9. Exceptional staff!!! It is by far the best part of our stay is to get exceptional service from your friendliest staff. KUDOS to Jeff and Abby from the kitchen team, they would always ask for your needs you when you're in the dining area and they would even make you a coffee. Keep these type of people! 10. I appreciate the cheeky interior
NOTHING AT ALL. SUPERB.

Convenient and quiet location. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe to walk in the area late in the evening. Super friendly staff, loved every single member of it, they cared a lot about me. Free breakfast, which I really enjoyed. No vegetables, but can’t complain, there is plenty of stuff to eat. Free water in the cooler. Nice room with a very comfy bed.
I enjoyed my 3 days and nights at the hostel and on the last night of my stay I had to deal with a drunk girl in my room. I am more than aware that the rooms are shared and I might end up staying with someone I don’t wanna be with. However, I really want us all to think about people around us. If you are into alcohol, bear the consequences as a grown up. Your roommates aren’t responsible for you and your life, and don’t have to breathe in the disgusting smell of alcohol all night. I don’t know, may be staff should let this kind of people sober up outside the hostel or do something about it.

The facilities are clean, the architecture/design is impressive, industrial and artsy at the same time. The staff (Ms. Abby, Sir Jonathan, Sir Jeff and all others) are very friendly and accommodating, it is very easy to inquire about the place (e.g. hostel facilities and El Nido generally) and ask for suggestions/info. The buffet breakfast was simple and great, there was an egg station. They serve coffee/tea, juice, breads, jams, 2-3 viands and fruits. The room is minimalist and has all the things we need. You can also do your laundry there (they have washing machine/dryer) so u could bring home your stuff dry. I love that there are hanging pouches/compartments in the bed bunk for your little items. Also, the wash basin is outside the CR, which is an efficient arrangement. They also have a bar, and also activities (ex. Beer pong, movie night etc) every night -- unfortunately we didn't get to join one but it's good to know they offer these entertainment. There's a TV also in the dining area, so u could just watch netflix as if it's your own home 😄 (if no one got there first.) Overall, our stay at SPIN made our vacation thrilling and made us feel safe/secured! 😀
Nothing really, i like everything about it. Though it could also be good if there would be cabinets in rooms and 2 pillows instead of one :) (Though maybe they would've provided it if i requested).

I rate this hostel very highly, it’s in a great location but away enough from the main party spots so you couldn’t hear noise at night. Clean, spacious, safe. Incredible value for money and a great pool for a few lengths. The staff were more than accommodating and they cooked up an amazing breakfast each morning! Would recommend to anyone but particularly solo women.
It’s not massively social despite the hostels efforts in trying. They run nightly activities but I’m not sure they were ever really attended. The bar attached to the hostel is so good but was always pretty empty. Would say, if you’re wanting to have atmosphere but not be in the party scene, it’s good but if you’re looking to pals to shake a leg with, you might not get so lucky.

So many great things about this place. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful to organise tours. It has a good breakfast included, location is great. Bathrooms get cleaned several times throughout the day, which is awesome. There’s a nice and spacious lounge area where we can chill, a security person stays at the premises at all times. The hostel is huge, rooms are accessed by keycards. Shared room is extremely comfortable, with a large bed where I could also keep some of my things.
Not a negative thing but there’s a washing machine in the premises for the guests to use, you just need to buy the soap for 10 pesos. It’s handy, however, there is no dryer and due to the humidity, it takes ages for clothes to get dry. I used this free laundry area once, but I believe it’s better if you just take your dirty clothes to a laundry place where they will wash and dry everything, it’s not expensive.

Booked a private room and my stay was awesome! The room, while a bit small had everything needed. Water pressure was great and I didn't get sick from the water. Comfortable shower and toilet. Included breakfast was very nice with made to order eggs. Beautiful pool and bar area and great food there! Best of all the staff was super helpful and arranged transport and recommendations and was always willing to help with a smile. It was also quiet with ability to sleep without Earplugs. Bed was super comfortable and soft as well.
While there were events and social plans it felt a little difficult to meet people here! Wonder if it's the vibe or not but I'd rather that than a party hostel

We loved our stay at Spin Hostel - the design of the hostel is beautiful. There is a lovely pool with an outdoor bar and restaurant (we tried the pizza and pumpkin salad which were both great). The hostel is close to town so very easy to walk in, but not situated directly on the main strip which is perfect as it's a bit quieter. The private room was great, it felt safe, the free breakfast was lovely every morning (especially the pancakes). I also want to mention that the staff are amazing - my partner became unwell during our trip and they were so helpful (special shout out to you Jonathan, you are the best!)

Excellent, the best hostel, the place is very nice, always clean, they have a bar, restaurant, breakfast was very good, the staff is very friendly. I arrived at 4 am from Puerto Princesa and there was a person who greeted me, there is always someone at the reception. In the evenings they did different activities, the common space is very pleasant to share with other people. I recommend it 100%
