The location was good, close to the center but without being disturbed by the party noise. You can book tours through the reception quite conveniently. There is also a quite nice breakfast place next to the hotel.

WiFi was a bit weak in the room and video calls don't work so well. The entrance is a bit hard to find, indeed "hidden". You cannot cross directly to the beach because there is another row of houses in between but it's still quick to get there. There was no mosquito net on the window. The flush of the toilet didn't always work completely but there was a bucket to flush everything down, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

Nice garden area, clean room, comfortable bed. Location is good, quiet at the night time. Bucket and mandy in bathroom, just in case of no water available. We filled it once just in case but didn't have to use it.

We had a room on 2nd floor; only 1 tiny small shelf on the wall. Nothing else where to keep stuff or even hang them. Tiny small balcony and only one chair there.

Amazing little place just at the end of noisy party street. They even have a little outdoor gym, water always there, little garde for you and the most important everything was so close. But on the same time you don’t hear anything, so peacful there. This was our 6th place on the island and this is one of my favourites stays as the location is so perfect. In This part of the El Nido are all the boat tours and ship to other islands so you are very close to everything.

We were very happy with the size of our room and the air con was great. We were a bit further out of the town (about a 5min walk) which was nice because it can get quite noisy near the bars in the evening. Although we did have builders waking us up at 6am next door but this can’t be helped. Everything was clean and the bed size was much bigger than what we’ve previously stayed in. Would happily stay again :)

This place felt like a home away from home, the staff were so lovely & we especially loved Rocky the Jack Russell. It was always kept clean & we felt very comfortable & welcomed here. It is in a great location, so close to everything but tucked away so it felt safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

The shower was sometimes temperamental, in terms of the temperature.

Greta location, beautiful property and friendly staff. They booked us a tricycle for 4am to the airport which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and the aircon good. WiFi was good too

We booked our boat tour through them but noticed it was a few hundred cheaper in the town. So would recommend booking direct if possible

The room is actually better than on the photos - clean and comfortable with everything needed. Private terrace outside is a huge bonus, especially the fact that you can hang and dry your clothes there. Wifi is really fast, staff is friendly and helpful, free water in the cooler available, bed is comfy. Neighborhood is calm, you won't hear the road or any traffic noises. Close to the restaurants and main downtown area - 3-5 minutes walk.

There're kids (probably they live in the hotel area) who start playing and screaming around 7-8AM each morning, which makes it impossible to sleep without the earplugs on. All the outlets in the room have unusual socket type (haven't seen it anywhere before), without the adaptor you won't be able to charge your devices. Staff kindly provided me one adaptor on request however unfortunately for 3 devices it wasn't enough. There were many ants in the bathroom, especially in the electricity socket. Would be nice if staff would disinsect area each time while cleaning the room.

WE STAYED 12 NIGHTS , VERY CLEAN, FAST INTERNET, 3 MINUTES WALKING FROM THE CENTER OF EL NIDO BUT FAR FROM THE NOISE OF THE BARS. AIR CONDITION WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. PRIVATE TOILET. MANY THANKS TO THE LADIES WORKING AT THE HOTEL.

Great rooms, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Location is great very close to all the bars, restaurants and beach but still very quiet and peaceful.

There is 1 room available that isn't pictured on booking.com I was originally given this room, but was changed by the owners when I brought this up.

Really good location. Not too far from the main strip, the beach and a tricycles/taxi rank. The rooms weren't too small and we had a balcony area.

They were doing some kind of renovation to the room next door, and it stank our room out. Our place had a really strong smell of paint/paint remover and pee. I think the guy doing the Reno was peeing in a bucket or not flushing or something.
