The location of the resort is great - it’s on the main stretch yet slightly secluded, which is perfect. The best part is that the resort is right on the beach where we went surfing, so we were always the first ones in the water, enjoying an empty lineup. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the resort was spotless. Saturday Night parties were fun.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but if I had to pinpoint something, it would be that a common area to hang out would have been nice for meeting fellow travelers.

And so does everything we ordered at the restaurants, Great food and cocktails. close to a beach in a quite are but 5 minutes by tuktuk (that cost 1 dollar and Availble any time) to the central area.for us it was perfect.

In the room there are no shelves for clothes / other stuff and There is no comfy place to sit in the room besides the bed, so maybe some cushions on the concrete part inside the rooms would solve it.

First and foremost, the staff is incredible. They really make you feel like family and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting. We did not get a chance to try the surf school but every meal we had at the restaurant was outstanding, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Jessica and Reve for making us feel at home (from Sienna and Cole)! We would love to stay again if ever we get the chance.

Given that tourism is steadily increasing on Siargao, for peace of mind it would be nice to see some CCTV or increased security/ updated locks on doors.

Everything! This resort is the cleanest and nicest place I've stayed in a long time, they will change the bed sheets every two days and clean the entire room every morning. I definitely also love the integration of a surf school at Harana which makes everything so much smoother. Jessica the reception manager is the best, rarely have I ever met such a competent and nice manager that helped and cared for all my problems :) Pro Tip: Don't mind the price too much bc you'll get an amazing breakfast included!

The resort is lovely, the huts were really nice and the reception staff were really helpful and friendly. It is near cloud 9 but you will need to get tuk tuks to go down to the popular cafes/restaurants

The hostel at the back of our room was loud at night, the WiFi didn’t work properly and a few of the restaurant staff weren’t as friendly and forgot orders. There is a surf school, however, I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners as there is little support.

Harana was the best spot to be in Siarago, it is centrally located but it has all the relaxed vibes you need between a surf session or a night out. I loved everything about Harana, especially the beach that is at the doorstep! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, food is excellent. I would come back without a hesitation. Dorm had great vibes, everyone is very respectful and quiet.

Shower pressure in the dorms could be improved.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very nice and kind. The resort is relatively small, but lots of things to do. One could spend an entire trip there and not get bored. If there were any hiccups, everything was solved right away and handled without any stress on my end.

Beautiful resort, great the surf school with very good instructors, loved the free breakfast and the atmosphere. Rooms very clean, the hostel is more expensive than the others nearby but you have also the breakfast included, a beautiful beach, the surf school just there and the restaurant is good. It's not a party hostel, people around 30yo

Beach bar was unfortunately not open as it was very windy. Avoid going to Siargao in Jan-Feb if you can. I was there in January and there were baby portoguese men o'war on the beach, millions of them taken there by the wind, so you cannot swim.

Stayed in Harana for 6 days last June and had a good experience. The room was cozy, clean, air conditioned (with the occasional power outage which was normal), and smelled fresh which also had a beautiful balcony to chill on while letting the rain pass. I ate at the restaurant several times because it's so convenient and located right in the resort which the food was delicious and the free breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The restaurant was also a nice hang out spot for wifi, drinks, bean bags for sitting around, and the live band at night. The resort offered scooter rental and surf lessons which was perfect. The location was perfect for me as Cloud 9 was a short walk away and the rest of the bars/restos were all in the GL area. Overall my stay was a positive one in which I would def stay again! The staff was also super friendly and already knew my name by the first day.

The price for the stay was a bit on the more expensive side compared to other accommodation since Harana is a pretty well known resort in Siargao, but I think it was worth it in my experience and I think people will be really satisfied with the service/accommodation. People have said the Saturday parties here could be an issue but for me it was a positive because I was able to go right on up to my room whenever I wanted instead of waiting in line to use the bathroom lol then just come back right down to the party.

This ocean-front spot is amazing with lush gardens, beautiful accommodation, nice staff and a cute restaurant/bar. It was great watching surfers from the beach! It's close to General Luna!

There was a hostel behind our room so we heard them partying a lot. We also would've preferred a blanket instead of just a sheet. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our stay. These were minor issues that didn't affect our stay (which we highly recommend) so no big deal.
