great location! It's along the tourist road but far enough from the crowd so you get a bit of peace and quiet and privacy. it's near areas that notably serve good food so one does not have to venture far for a good meal. the restaurant is airy and gives a perfect scenic view of the lulling waves from afar while enjoying a nice cold drink. The free use of billiards and other games helps keep everyone entertained during those rainy days. The staff is courteous and attentive to one's needs. Almost feels like home! The free breakfast that came with the room is more than enough to start the day.

our room didn't have a view but the bamboo that served as a barricade serve well to maintain privacy. however, such didn't protect our clothes from the rain, which ended up more wet than dry. would have been better if the balcony can have some protection from the rain too so one can actually stay there even if it is raining.

We had a wonderful stay at Reef Beach. Location is excellent half way between Cloud 9 and General Luna. Restuarant/room service at the property, also restaurants surrounding. Air conditioned room, cleaned every 2 days. Pool is amazing after a day in the heat. Staff went above and beyond to help with any enquiry/request. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks again to the wonderful staff 🙏

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Guest services offers an abundance of services, such as car rental, motorbike rental, tours and more. The food is ver good and the property is very nice. Clean and set up for relax. Really liked it.

The staff were amazing and so polite I can’t fault it. My only concern was that they were unable to take a debit card payment so I ended up having to visit the ATM 3 times as I am restricted to how much I could draw in one day very frustrating as it cost me bank charges that I shouldn’t have to incurred. Booking.com needs to update the payment details

staff, staff, staff are 110 % I am amazed at how accommodating and friendly the staff at this hotel are. also, the location is perfect. The pool is beautiful the kitchen staff and food awesome. And there is even a pool table which happens to be my favorite game. And if your a surfer Cloud 9 is a two minute drive.

they were a couple of slight annoyances that I won’t even mention cause they’re very minor. come and find out what they are for yourself.

The resort was so great and beach front hotel with pools and a restaurant is so amazing cause it just a beach front don't mis out the sunrise it so amazing, And location is so great at the heart of tourist spot like the cloud 9 and bars nearby. Foods also was so great especially the Pork ribs so perfect.

The Reef Beach Resort is definitely worth visiting. The resort is a short distance from the General Luna area with Tuktuk motorcycles conveniently available outside for tourists looking to explore. It is close to the Pier, Cloud 9 surfing area and car rentals. The rooms are spacious and the accomodation is just as it is shown on the booking platform. The kitchenette and refrigerator was very nice to have but the restaurant has something for everyone and is very conveniently located between the pool and the beach. The pool was very clean and a very nice size, it has disco lights at night and there is music playing making it the perfect place to relax. The staff working at reception and within the resort were helpful and friendly.

The cars from the street can be heard at night if the aircon is switched off.

The venue is in a quiet part of general Luna that is next to the sea with wonderful view. Venue is clean and very friendly staff.

Consistency of power especially at night is a challenge to provide airconditioning. I would imagine is an islandwide issue as the demand is more than what the grid can provide, as tourism industry comes back.

The resort is beachfront. It has its own restaurant with bar with room service. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are several activities you can do within the hotel such as swim in the ocean and the resort's pool, play billiards.

I hope they have more variety of food offerings of their Filipino menus so foreign visitors will have more options to try local food. If they can provide toiletries to complete the package, that will be great.

Breakfast was good but needs a little bit more of a variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Loved the outdoor setting’s especially in the evening and night.
