I love the room. Specifically room 207. I love the vibe. It's very clean. Spotless even. There was complimentary coffee, 2 bottled water, water heater, cups & saucers, two teaspoons, one was already used, though. I thought they were all new. But other than that, the staff were very good, very attentive, but the most friendly was the guy by the door. Was he the guard?

1. No complimentary toiletries, except for a toilet paper and a quarter full shampoo dispenser. No bath soap available. You have to bring your own toothpaste. 2. The bathroom door was so squeaky. I was worried the noise might disturb the neighbors especially during the night. They need to grease it up. 3. The bidet was so strong I was hesitant to use it. It could hurt your hole if you're not careful. It needs adjustment. 4. The blinds seemed a little see-through in my room. The window of my room was adjacent to the corridor. 5. No food available to order. Be sure to have food panda installed on your device. 6. The Wifi is unreliable. It disconnects a lot. Good thing the network signal is great. But other than these, I still like it and would love to stay again.

We had the most pleasant stay at GT Hotel Jaro. Location and transportation was easy. The rooms were spacious and the beddings were clean. They also were nice enough to fulfill a lot of our requests and even got an upgrade for the room. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Stairs - not the most convenient if you're traveling with senior citizens

Good value for money, ample room, comfy beds, mostly silent sleep.

They should change the door closer to an adjustable one, so that the closing speed will be slower, because every time any door closes, it does with a bang, which disturbs the clients. Easy problem to solve.

This place is a total breeze! We waltzed in early thanks to a super chill receptionist, and our room was so big we could have hosted a small-scale Renaissance Faire. Plus, everything you need is right there - groceries, grub, and even an ATM for when you're feeling fancy. Laundry? Just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

They were accommodating and changed our room for maintenance issues

The first night the air conditioner constantly made noise and the hot water did not work. The facility changed the room the following morning.

I liked about the property is its very comfortable and the location is very convenient. The room was clean as well, everything is good.

What I don’t like is the bad smell coming from the toilet.

The huge king size bed was amazing. The staff where really sweet and helpful, amenities are a bit old but it is a really nice hotel room for the price.

Parking is very limited. When working on the desk, the air conditioning blows air directly at you.
