- food is delicious at the hotel restaurant - i like that the buffet breakfast has a lot of options, and breakfast time is until 11 am - location is very accessible and just near SM city Iloilo and other restaurants and transportation terminals - staff is helpful and polite (though i noticed they’re a bit understaffed when we were there probably due to holiday season) - not really an issue for me but front desk informed us that that our room is beside an area where restaurants and bars, so at night it tends to be noisy due to performing bands (if you're particular with quiet room area before midnight, good to request a room far from this side)

- basic in-room amenities - pipe in bathroom faucet was leaking in our room, but to be fair, staff tried to fix it - limited common facilities at the hotel

i like the pool area suitable for kids.

The hotel room i had has no Internet.So for 2days i've been using my own credit/data.Staff somehow are un helpful.I told them regarding the internet they didn't do anything to resolve it. i ask for house keeping to get my room clean but no one came. make sure to double check your bill before you leave or pay.esp if you book on line.They almost double charge me good thing i ask. receptionist are a bit too slow. but kudos to all the security guards they mostly nice and helpful.

We arrived at 12nn in the hotel and checked in. The reception did not have any issues of our early check in and in 5 minutes we were given our key card. The checkin process was smooth and fast. We were immediately assisted by the doorman when we alighted our car. The room was big and clean. The smell of the room was also good it smelled like fresh linens. The only drawback was the tiled floor. It released moisture when the aircon was cold. There is a pool in the roofdeck which was great since we travelled with my 3 year old daughter. The drinks were good I ordered cosmopolitan and it was one of the best cosmopolitan I had. We ordered food from the menu but it was not not great. It was not crispy but the serving was big. We didn't finish it because it didn't taste good. The buffet breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and bacon was refilled immediately. The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from SM iloilo all types of transportation is available. Overall, Zuri is the best hotel by far. We go to iloilo almost twice a year and I'm glad that I picked Zuri this time.

cleanliness and some staff are accomodating and approachable.

the person whom i spoke when we are about to have our breakfast . the establishment should provide mask when guests forgot to bring it with them because when i ask her if they got some spare mask , she replied none and i have to go back to my room to get mine. it is a wrong answer! first time i encountered a hotel without any spare mask for the guests.

The place was beautiful. The Gentlemen assisting the guest were polite and great.

The concierge could have been nicer. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes to be checked in. When following up on the status of the room, we had the impression that we were bothering them. We understand that there were a lot of people checking in during that time, but it’s no excuse to stop smiling and making the guest feel at home. The men who assisted us to our rooms are much more pleasant. There was also music playing until 6am in the morning from another room.

The staff here are exceptional and extremely accomodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The maids who clean the rooms are soooo hardworking and very approachable, everytime i crossed their paths they always said good morning/afternoon/evening with infectious smiles

The wifi, connects for a couple of minutes, then disconnects so you have to keep signing into the network

I liked the location very accessible to everything. Staff are nice and very approachable.

I think it's too pricey, just an honest opinion. Practicality-wise another hotel has almost the same services, same amenities, just a tad bit smaller and almost the same location as well but price is way lower. It's all good though.nothing to really complain about.

The hotel is very clean, with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The location of the hotel makes it very accessible. Toiletries are more than sufficient. The rooftop-pool has it's own outside bar

The only strange part is the floor in the bedroom. Although it’s clean is stays sticky and moist. Furthermore there is nothing to mention that could be better.

the excellent staff who handle every situation during our stay my sister lost he car key but the security of the hotel was incredibly amazing all the staff knows their job well, one of the kids room has a power electrical shortage when they get back from the pool late night but the engineering department fixed it in no time. the location is accessible to all

They should provide towel in the pool as soon as pool open until it closed.
