This is a small old fashion charming hotel so nice inside the lobby and second floor balustrade..! The rooms are basic but very clean and spacious, good aircon,,hot water shower,plenty of towels with soap and shampoo... And the best is the owner so very friendly soft spoken gentlemen,,very welcoming and helpful. It's a family business and everyones in there are very adorable people's... If you need a budget room I highly recommend that little hotel and you are close to the center with bars and restaurants malls etc....

The only little thing is in rush hour it's a very busy road but at night it was calm not noisy...

Nice place to stay in a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants. It appears close to Cebu airport but with traffic it actually takes almost 30 minutes to arrive there with taxi. Staff were helpful and friendly. The internet could have been a little better but certainly not a deal breaker. The building has beautiful woodworking featured in the foyer areas and the breakfast was simple yet filling. There could have been more space to eat but again not a deal breaker.

Not as close to Cebu airport as implied. No airport shuttle but due to the distance I can understand why.

We had our room for 10 nights. We used it as a base for day trips and overnights to visit relatives and sites. Very secure with main door only opened when needed for entry. For us, this was an excellent location. Walking distance to vHire to SM Mall where we could get vHire to other locations we needed to reach. Close to airport, couple hundred piso ride by taxi. Close to many food options. Family run business with extremely friendly, helpful, and caring people and staff. Breakfast included was a pleasant surprise. Good size room and shower.

Did not really bother us, but others may find the road noise bothersome. Our minds seemed to be able to block it out with no problem. Seemed more like background white noise after being out in the provinces and the roosters crowing intermittently all the time. Like I said, not an issue for us, but might be useful info for others.

What I like most is the convenient location of the place. It is located near the street so it is very easy to get access to transportation. I also like the staff very much; very accommodating and friendly. It’s also a big plus that there’s free breakfast that comes with the reasonable price of the stay.

WiFi could be better. I get intermittent to no connection sometimes from my room.

Great location for us. The owners & staff were great, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and good storage, the bed was also comfy. Bathroom was clean and had hot water for shower. They lock the front door at all times so security is good

The pillows were quiet thin. The complementary breakfast was interesting, we wasn't offered a menu just given what they had cooked. It was fine nothing to fancy.

The hotel is near the airport (take a metered Taxi for arround 250) fairly clean and good breakfast. The location is good, near to the malls, mc donalds etc. the beach is a taxi ride away and take about 15 min but longer, depending on traffic. I would not recomend this place for beach holiday, but is a great place to stay for a layover for flight (but there may be better options near to the terminal. The breakfast is simple, but good. The 7eleven is just 100 meteres down the road.

Internet had issues the first night. The bathrooms are not the most modern, but they were fairly clean. Safety deposit box, was just a box with a simple key. Easy to break. Having said that, this is a family fun hotel, and i think they only have a singe person cleaning the rooms. It felt quite safe in all aspects.

I sincerely loved the staff. I felt as though I was at home with family. Staff had gone out of their way to help smooth out areas of my trip and gave very excellent advice in y way out. If you must stay near the airport,.. this is the spot to be. There are many amenities that are crucial for travel..except for embassies which are quite far away.

I didn’t like that I was far from my embassy. Everything else was awesome.. breakfast was a huge treat.

I flew to Cebu from Incheon, Korea. I have been to so-called Luxury Hotels like Marriott for countless times. However, there is no denying that this place shocked me because of the staff’s attitude. In my opinion, the staff regards the work as Career rather than Business. Due to the plane of Korean Air overshot, all flights were cancelled next day, including my original flight. I had to book another flight, which would depart the day after the next day. The new flight would depart at 8:30 so I decided to get up early and check out at 5:40. There was no necessary for the staff to wake up for my check-out but they did. They even cooked a delicious breakfast for me(The woman staff who knew I came from Korea specially provided me some Kimchi!). Later, the staff noticed that I had waited for Grab taxi for a long time so he asked me if I needed him to call a taxi for me… He told me not to be in a hurry just eat along the breakfast. Maybe the taxi driver he called was his friend.(Kind people always have friends who are also kind.) The fee to the airport costed less than Grab’s! I will never ever forget how the staff responded my appreciation, “It is my duty.” Nowadays, this kind of attitude is so rare that I feel that it is the first time I have visited such a nice and good hotel where has such attentive staff. As the saying on the front desk goes, “There is no limit to what a man can do or where he can do it if he doesn’t mind who gets the credit.” I hope the staff can see my comment. It is a reward for virtue.

The facilities can not match with the staff's five-star level services, the latter is a phenomenon..

Very convenient to the airport. Very friendly people! A family run business. Not a crowded hotel. A short walk to 7-Eleven. Complimentary breakfast. Decorated very thoughtfully. It was nice to get away from the franchises and experience something authentic.

It is the Philippines, so you will hear dogs and some street noise. But it wasn’t overwhelming.
