Room was great and spacious, though says you can cook but facilities for cooking weren't much, a microwave and toaster oven only. Bed was comfy. Pickup and drop off to airport was sensational. They were waiting as we exited, so that was a real plus! Supermarket, outlet stores and heaps of restaurants were just 5 minutes walk, as was the bus terminal if you wanted to get a bus to Cebu city (20php). The breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing! Masarap!

Was a little disappointed with the pool. Was smaller than I'd imagined from the photos. There weren't many lounges, and they were not great quality. Was more disappointed that there were signs in the elevator promoting the Pool Bar and cocktails, however it was never open.

A very comfortable and well equipped room (kettle, fridge, phone, hair-dryer, a comfy armchair, night lamps and sockets beside the bed), a small but functional bathroom. The hotel is located about 10 mins' ride from the airport, by the main road and offers free pick-up and drop-off. There is a supermarket and restaurants just round the corner. The personnel are very helpful and respectful, they helped me organise a friendly taxi driver for a day to do sightseeing in Mactan and Cebu, and I could also get a breakfast packet when leaving the hotel early in the morning. Besides, the hotel has a swimming pool, a very small one, that I could use, too. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is by the main road, so it gets very noisy, also at night. What I also found a bit disturbing was a very dim light both in the room and the bathroom, I would suggest using stronger bulbs.

We were upgraded to a suite which was terrific ! It was a complete one bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms , also a small kitchen right at the swimming pool and 30 second walk from the dining room . Also excellent buffet breakfast included and everyone friendly . It was way in the back so you get a golf cart ride each time you need to go to the reception or the street . So it was completely quiet . If you can afford it get the royal suites in back . .

There is a shower bathtub with a high tub side but to get in and out of the bathtub/shower is somewhat difficult and they simply must install a grab bar on the shower wall otherwise you always are at risk of slipping and falling and hurting yourself badly . All the rest was five star . Also the neighborhood it's located on to be honest is rather uninteresting and ugly and the street that you have to walk on is tiny and difficult to navigate because it's so narrow and filled with sometimes motorcycles and other things forcing you to walkout into the actual avenue in order to proceed . This is dangerous and bad .

Staff were great, breakfast very good, a good choice of dishes at the buffet. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I always go on about pillows. If all hotels were like this hotel with great pillows, I'd be happy.

Misled in photo about size of pool, no way could you swim in it. I usually book hotels on their pool, this was a letdown. The reason it didn't meet expectations was because of the pool. I'm very disappointed. I wouldn't have booked if I know the size of pool. Hotels should not fake photos of the pool. Just be honest and say its somewhere to sit, not swim

The room is good, I expect the room will be a little bit smaller, but it was enough for me any my partner stuff. The breakfast is good, just like what I expected with a lot of option to choose from. But the best one is the staff, all of them are so friendly and helpful, the room service also fast and effective, can't ask more!

They can do more for the amenities. Not bad, but Me and my partner end up buying some for ourselves because we find that the provided amenities didn’t really fit our expectation. not really the hotel's fault, but you can find some construction site just next to the hotel, which I found a little bit disappointing.

Eloisa Royal Suites is my favourite hotel in Cebu because it's close to the airport and as i have mentioned before,that breakfast is beyond compare,the lady should be commended for its presentation.

Not much not to like although maybe a suggestion that other hotels follow might be to put on record frequent guests details so that on arriving, the booking in procedure is expediated,just a quick signature,phone and email already recorded and known.

I would recommend eloisa without hesitation. The location was incredibly convenient to Mactan airport, a free shuttle was provided both ways, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly the manager Joseph, there was stores Robinson supermarket and 7-Eleven just down the road, the pool was lovely there was restaurant with good feed and karaoke in the hotel where I even enjoyed sing a song with Joseph. I have a bad back and the bed was very comfortable great pillows the rooms were clean, and there was a place across the road that had the best chicken I'd eaten in the Philippines. I stayed there several times travelling through 1 time for a week unfortunately due to necessity poor health. The manager organise a doctors appointment for me and had the shuttle bus drive me to and from that appointment. 👍👍👍👍

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but it was adequate.

My partner & I stayed at Eloisa Royal Suites for just an overnight stay, but we are 101% sure that we will come back here again! 🥹 I have been waiting to give my feedbacks and here it goes! 🥳 ❤️ The staffs are VERY FRIENDLY & ACCOMODATING. From the ladies to the gentlemen, they are all kind! 🥹 They answer phone calls well, they give the right informations, they greet clients, they open doors for you everytime, they help you with your things no matter how lightweight it is! 👏🏻 ❤️ We've booked the Superior Queen Room and it was very nice. ✨ AC functioning well up, the hot & cold showers are also superb, from the towels & toiletries to the bed sheets, pillows, appliances & wardrobes—everything is ALL GREAT. 💯 Disclaimer: you can turn OFF the light behind the mirror (the one beside the TV), since it could create a microphone-like-sound that might be bothering to some. In our case, we just turned it off so it won't affect our hearing senses. 🙂 ❤️ I needed to get my partner at the airport, and his arrival time is still at 11PM, but surprisingly, the staffs informed me ahead of time that they can give me a FREE RIDE going to the airport and GOING BACK to the hotel! 🥰 I am actually aware that a free ride is offered at Eloisa, but I didn’t expect they’d still do it late at night! That's perfectly SWEET! 🥹 Since I was the only guest who had to go to the airport on that hour, I was on a solo ride (with the driver of course) going there & the entire VAN was all for me. 😅 It only took 10minutes going to the airport! 🛬 ❤️ The breakfast (which is included in our stay) was SO GOOD! 💯 They have all the varieties of delicious typical Filipino breakfast! And oh, they also have cereal(s) if you want! ☺️ Serve yourself & eat all you can basis. One of the best part is, if you want egg for breakfast, may it be sunny side up, scrambled, or hard boiled, they’ll immediately cook it infront of you while waiting for it!

Nice hotel, complementary airport pick up was appreciated, especially as it was our first time and destination in the philippines. The hotel also arranged a day trip to Bohol for us which helped us out. (Very long day and expensive so wouldn't really recommend that particular trip, but very helpful to have the hotel arrange tours). Hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming. Our room was clean, and the bed was really comfy. Just around the corner from the hotel was a nice shopping area with some places to eat and a big supermarket.

Only negative was the restaurant at the hotel, which may have just been bad luck - but the evening we arrived we went to eat there as it was late, and everything I asked for they didn't have, despite it being on the menu. I.e pizzas, fries. So I ended up just having a tuna sandwich with crisps.
