Hotel is nice and modern , full complements like cattle, coffee cups, coffee, 2x bottles of water. Good wifi speed. Lot of food sources walking distance like Jollibee, McDonald's, 711 across the street. A new shopping mall also walking distance.Driver picked us up at the airport even tho i forgot to let them know when and what flight I'm arriving with but we had to wait a little which was fair enough.

Window to the street is not really helpful and the view was a power relay station or something. Didn't seal properly so gaps were visible and the noise from outside was quite audible like the window was practically open. Could use some double/triple glass and a new frame, sliding shower door were poorly maintained very hard to open/close. Noisy since early morning 6 7am, staff running around.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport because I arrived in Cebu at 1:00 am. They included airport transfers in the price so it was a no brainer to stay there. The driver was already waiting when I got through immigration, which was good. Location wise was average being on a very busy road. You have to have been to the Philippines to understand when I mention the traffic. The bed and pillow was particularly comfortable.

It would be useful to have a map layout of all the power points and electric plugs and what they do without trial and error of finding where everything is and what it does.

My recent stay at Vivien's Hotel in Mactan Island was largely enjoyable, with its close proximity to the Mactan-Cebu International Airport being a significant advantage. This was a notable disturbance in what was otherwise a peaceful setting. Overall, my experience at Vivien's Hotel was positive. The combination of a comfortable room, excellent service, and the convenience of being near the airport made for a satisfying stay. I would recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a comfortable stay close to the airport, with the caveat of potential noise in the hallways.

Noisy hallways.

It was a 3 star hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The rooms have water, a kettle, coffee, tra. The hotel also has restaurant where they serve breakfSt, lunch and dinner. There were also many supermarkets and some restaurants close by. The receptionist helped us a lot. He arranged for us a city tour on very short notice. They have a gym which is small but well equiped. All equipement was almost new and working very well o. Last but not least the hotel offers free shuttle to airport which was very appreciated.

No rooms have balcony. Not handy for smoking persons to go downstaires for smoking.

Super convinient hotel for a short stay traveling via airport: shuttle bus is free of charge, a bus driver recommended also a money exchange office with the best rate we got in Phillipines. It was especially convenient that the hotel took care of our winter clothes during the whole 2 weeks' stay free of charge! 7 persons! Thank you, Vivien's, once again!

Breakfast menu is more or less basic. It's ok, but could be better.

Accommodation/room: The room and the sanitary facilities were clean and functional. The air conditioning worked well. There were small snacks and a mini bar in the room (for a fee). The hotel is close to the airport. Service/staff: The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast: There was a breakfast buffet with various and changing dishes. Conclusion: I can recommend the hotel.

Nothing, everything was okay.

The hotel is very closed to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus each hour. You need to book in advance the shuttle and be there 10 min in advance. Room has everything you need for a short stay. The room was clean, beds confortable.

The hotel account was hacked and I have got a scam both on email and mobile. I had to block my card after accesing the scam link. The hotel accepted to pay only at the hotel. In the room were only two towels for two people and they looking a bit grey.

I love that they have free breakfast and free airport pickup, since we arrived at 1:30am. We didn’t have a hard time getting a ride to the hotel and we felt safe. I’d also like to commend Kim the receptionist on duty when we were leaving. We were supposed to get a cab going to the pier and he volunteered their personnel to flag a cab for us. When it was taking a while because of rush hour, he took it upon himself to book a grab taxi. Thanks for your concern and your efficiency!

Met my requirement of being near the airport and there's hourly shuttle service to get there. They had the basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and had free coffee and tea in the room. (I mention this 'cos I stayed at a more expensive accommodation the nights before this and the property didn't even have that!) There's a good selection of snacks at the room.

I was woken up by hotel neighbour's roosters crowing from 4am. Glad I brought my noise cancelling earmuffs.
