I GAVE CREDIT TO THE MANAGER THE WAY SHE HANDLE MY SITUATION. I DID NOT KNOW THEY WILL PUT ME IN THE BASEMENT , A ROOM WITHOUT A WINDOW IT UPSETS ME AT FIRST THEN THE STAFF SUGGESTED A 3 rd FLOOR ROOM AND THEY HAVE NO ELEVATOR. I INSIST TO BE PUT IN THE GROUND FLOOR. INSTEAD OF ROOM WITH 2 BEDS THE MANAGER OFFERED 2 ROOM WITH 1 QUEEN BED , SO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA, OR ELSE I WILL MOVE SOMEWHERE.

Lovely and accadating staff. Great location. We found out in the hotel that my husband passed his board exam. Great pick up/drop off service to the airport.

The walls in the rooms are not soundproof. Having a toddler who loves to shout, i kinda feel sorry for the other rooms. Would be better with elevator. Lovely bfast though it was a little late on our check out day, bfast served @ almost 7am

The staff were very friendly and professional. They organised my pick up at the airport and drop off a few days later and were very accommodating by letting me store my luggage after my check out for 3-4 hours until I had to leave for my flight. The room was very clean and and the bed was super comfortable. The shower worked perfectly and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. I highly recommend anybody to stay here and I will be doing so again when I return to the Philippines.

Good position near the airport, for one night as a transfer is a good position. Is near to the airport and they offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room are ok, the bed is confortable, the AC works well. Free water for the guest and they also offer food if you need (we didn’t use this service)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. - the concierge, guard and reception was very attentive - also they helped out with getting my ride to the airport - the room was amazing, very clean and added bonus is that they do room service / in-room dining. - toiletries comes in a pack - location was amazing - close to the airport, on the main road, lots of taxis that pass by, close to Gaisano Mactan Island mall & also near restaurants / bars. Definitely would come back and highly recommended.

We really appreciated effectively organized airport pick-up and drop-off by comfortable van 5 min from the airport. The driver and hotel staff were very welcoming and smiling. Good local breakfast. Drinking water filling station in the corridor.

The bathroom was not well done, the water after shower went almost all around the bathroom floor.

The place is clean and comfortable. food and transport are accessible around the place. It is also close to the airport and they have airport pick-up and drop-off which is very nice. The staff are accommodating, helpful and kind.. Our flight was early in the morning so they gave us our supposed free breakfast as dinner. The food is delicious with a good amount of serving.

Is it possible to add more light in the room as it is a bit dark in my opinion.. Thank you. :)

The bed was quite comfortable, the staff were very polite and the location for me was very convenient. Also they have a Free airport shuttle.

The room was extremely small even for one person. Breakfast was very very limited.

I read that they had a restaurant and upon check in the lady said they didn’t really have food to order which was confusing. I was advised to use the panda app that only really has junk food

I was impressed on how polite and accommodating the staff is. Thank you to the receptionist who let me checked-in 4hrs early and allowed me to do late checkout. Having a comp airport transfer is also a plus and its near to some shopping malls/stores.

Unfortunately, bottled water is chargeable but this is just a very minor flaw
