1. Excellent breakfast buffet: There are great varieties of both Asian and Western food. All the staff are attentive, thoughtful, always accommodating to your needs, helpful and served with their genuine smile. The bar provides authentic orange juice and good cappuccino/latte. The restaurant is not crowded and thus I could enjoy the place to sit down, eat, and chat with friends comfortably. 2. Swimming pool : fantastic view from the pool overlooking the Manila Bay 3. 1. It would have been perfect if we have a good view in our room. 2. Strong fragrance smell from the air freshener/purifier in the hotel lobby and reception area. 3. The bed sheet is slightly a bit warm. It could have been thinner for hot summer.

Nice and stylish hotel and the suite was big and comfortable. Pool is small but very comfy beds.

Dogs are allowed resulting in dogs everywhere, even on chairs, at breakfast (eating from the table) and at the pool.

Amazing bed. Out of all the hotels we stayed at, this bed was truly comfortable! The details in the room was outstanding. Connecting the history of the Philippines and making it a honorable place to remember important Filipinos was really nice. The furniture was well chosen and amazing quality. It complimented the room amazingly. Also a nice addition - the cleanliness was spot on and kuddos to the entire staff!

Due to the lack of people in the breakfast, most dishes were out for too long and didn't taste fresh anymore, but that was not the kitchen's fault.

Admiral Hotel is a truly a beautiful hotel with excellent food (breakfast + dinner buffets are great) and spa facilities. This hotel is in a great location for a short city break. The employees at this hotel are extremely helpful, pleasant, polite and courteous and willing to help with any issue you may have. We had a couples massage in the spa and it was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had in my life - I’d definitely recommend to everyone! This hotel is within a close distance to the Koreatown in Manila and so there’s lots of decent Korean restaurants nearby.

There was nothing I did not enjoy about my stay.

I only stayed here for 1 night, and picked it as I saw a review that said this hotel has the facilities and excellence of a large chain, whilst maintaining the feel of a smaller, friendlier boutique - I completely agree and wish I had longer here. The staff were so helpful, the room and facilities were top class and the food was amazing. I had room service and everything was excellent. Shout out to the spa for the best massage I had in the Philippines!

No doubt this is a very good hotel. But if you like to be outstanding- and their pricing is outstanding- then you would like to see some extras such as for example egg Benedict’s for breakfast, less minimalistic offerings for their cheese and Austrian speck etc, Minibar included, some free laundry….The rooms offering bay view are very good, the rooms without bay view are not worth the price that is charged. And as one would expect, staff is very friendly.

The problem is that often what I ordered was not fulfilled. For example, even after an hour I didn't get food. Furthermore, then brunch around 3pm was a problem. Often the restaurant turned into a building. They were rearranging the furniture and thus disturbing. I don't know why but the meetings of employees took place in the restaurant and by the pool among the guests. I find that inappropriate. Unpleasant is also a lot of noise from the street, passing ambulances.

The level of customer service provided by every single staff member during my stay was beyond exceptional! There was an unexpected power shortage when i arrived, however, the staff were so attentive and went above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable and looked after. The issue was fixed within a few hours, but the staff provided apologies and compensation in the form of hotel food/drink allowance and delivered a complimentary room service of fresh ice tea, fruit and patisseries to my room. My stay was only short, but i wish i could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel and it's amenities. The pool is incredible, the sunbeds were so comfy and the staff again were so attentive and helpful. The staff and facilities in the Gym and Spa were also beyond 5 star! Thank you to every single staff member at Admiral Hotel Manila for making my short stay the best!

The stuff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Very accommodating and even let us have a late check out due to an uncontrollable situation. Comfortable beds

Required a credit card or cash deposit (about $500 for our 7 days stay), we were not aware and it became an issue as I don’t own a credit card. The location is a bit shady but for business purposes it was okay.
