Food (Breakfast) - Nice selection of items all of good quality. Staff - Exceptional service with more than enough staff around to assist with everything. Comfort - The bed and pillows were both perfect for me.

Plug socket location - In my particular room non beside the bed, either side. A minor inconvenience but not a deciding one. Hotel markups on additional services - I understand profit has to be made. But sourcing my own transport via a reputable app was 4-5 times cheaper each time, than booking via the transport desk. Which is a shame.

I was staying on the high floor which was excellent, but waiting time for the elevator wasn't good at all. If you lucky you get elevator after 5min and then it will stop at almost every floor, mostly used by the staff personnel. I asked one of the stuff members why they didn't use elevator for stuff designated, he told me that is to far to walk. The other thing what I didn't like at all is: when I went for the breakfast, the lady at front desk stopped me because I was wearing flip flops and she give me a ugly overshoes, which is normal, but then I see many more local people in the brekfast area with same flip flops and they bin told nothing. I asked the same lady why you stopped me and don't stopping others, then she start going through other people as well.

The room design is quite old as well as the furnitures and appliances in it but it was spacious. The breakfast is great coupled with very courteous and helpful staff. The dinner at Yurakuen was an experience to remember for my little daughters and the food was great!

It would be nice if the pool was heated. The access to the pool through the backdoor stairs is quite dangerous for the kids. The smoking area near the poolside is quite uncomfortable for those enjoying the pool.

The breakfast was good, and there are various collections of food types based on the ethnicities of the guests that cater to everyone's needs.

Even with all of the lights on, the inside lighting of the room was quite dim, necessitating the opening of the curtain. I was unable to finish the reserved period due to a variety of factors, and the entire amount paid was not refundable.

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful...main door Staff very efficient...rooms are spacious and clean. I will stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

You could perhaps put more breakfast selections, would be nice to have more of local delicacies. A noodle counter would have been nice too.

Check-in staff was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and upgraded us for our anniversary. All the staff we saw greeted us in a friendly way. We enjoyed eating at both the Japanese restaurant for our anniversary and also at the Lobby Diner for the next morning.

We felt surprised to the max that the guest rooms do not have microwaves. Also, in our opinion the breakfast buffet is far over-priced. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

Diamond Hotel is classy, professional and run very well. The location is fabulous, a short stroll away from the huge Robinson Mall which has everything. The neighborhood is full of street people who may approach you but they are all with good intentions. Cafe LA is a few blocks away should you want nighttime excitement!

The food is outrageously expensive. USA prices or even higher. However, it is served with grace and it is all delicious. For some reason (not Covid) they limit the 10-person hot tub to 1. Yes, only one at at time and it is strictly enforced. I have no clue why 😂

Still the classiest place in Malate if not the entire City of Manila. Classic elegance in a highly secured building. Professionally over staffed, I don’t even recall having to push the elevator button.

Although the rooms are priced well, the food seemed to be rather expensive. Only one person allowed in the hot tub made for 12? Perhaps let 2-3 stay at a time.

Keep up the good work to all staff from arrival, to departure, from the bellman , to the custodians for taking care of the guest. Friendly, courteous, helpful, and keeping everybody safe.

had breakfast 2 mornings. Same juices. Would be nice to add different drinks like buco juice or ice tea, w/ calamansi juice or show some Pinoy pride drinks) The chicken tocino was kind of chewy that morning.

Our room was upgraded for free :) Also, all of our request came in time. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well with all our needs during our stay.

The restaurant in the hotel is quite small, thus, long line was there during the breakfast buffet. Also, food selection in the buffet was not that many.
