Very nice studio - clean, comfortable, well equipped. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed. Efficient but not noisy air conditioning.

Very few eating places close to the property (not the property's fault, obviously, but detracted from the overall quality of the stay). Woken up by an unsolicited call from reception relating to the removal and pick-up of bedding from the previous occupants left by mistake in the washing machine. Floor caretaker was already aware of the issue, so there was a need for better communication among the staff. At least the floor caretaker was apologetic later.

The room was very tidy and well presented. The furniture and space in the dining, living and main bedroom was very good. The TV picture quality was excellent and was easy to use and sign into apps. The WiFi signal was very strong and was easy to connect. The kitchen was functional and well equipped and I was particularly happy with the high quality non-stick ceramic frypans and cookware. The service from staff was excellent. The owner (Dan) and the hotel staff (Christian) were both extremely helpful and always available to assist us with speed,competence and pleasure. There was a problem with the air conditioner in living area when we arrived, but when we reported the issue, it was resolved as soon as possible by Dan and Christian. The location was also excellent and was easy to get to the Intramuros, Plaza Rizal and SM. The room was very comfortable and we will definitely stay there again next time we go to Manila.

The 2nd bedroom was a lot smaller than we expected but was still adequate. The mattresses on the beds were a bit too soft for my preference.

- The location was great, within a 15-minute walk to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) where my business conference was held. - The facilities were excellent, including a washing machine for my laundry, so I didn't have to do it when I got home. - An iron and ironing board were also provided, which was very helpful. - The WiFi was great, with no issues loading online movies.

- The air conditioning was a bit noisy but bearable when set to power-saving mode. - The shower room had slow water drainage, causing minor flooding after each shower and taking about 5 minutes to fully drain. - The receptionist on the ground floor had limited understanding of English. I faced a problem with my GrabFood delivery, where only part of my order was delivered. When I asked the receptionist for the international code number and if I could use their phone to call the restaurant, they barely understood and were unable to help.

The Radiance Manila Bay Hotel is a comfortable Living Place, within Manila, a City where you are surroundet with lot of poor people. This gives a mixed feeling. On the one hand, you have a lot of comfort and security as a foreign visitor of this City. But the people in your direct neighboorhood have nothing from this, what you have there in this Hotel. A plus will be the Air Condition in the whole Appartment of Raidiance Manila Bay, but unfortunately NOT at the floor, when going to the Appartements. When you book an Appartment with kitchen, this is also a big plus, because you can buy basic food in the convinience Market direct at the Hotel. The Room Space feels very comfortable. The Service from the Employees is from very very good - to "okay". It depends, which Person you ask for a favour.

The unit is clean and cozy. It was exactly the same as the photos on the app. It is also the end unit which i did not expect where you can watch the sunset at a panoramic view. It also has an available parking space inside the building (just paid for it) unlike on the other properties.

idk if the aircon is not working well (16C, cool, curtains are closed) but its kind of hot inside the unit. we have to open the door of the bedrooms to let the cool air flow at the living and dining area.

Close to restaurants in Manila Bay. Can recommend the Sky Garden across the avenue. Set back off the street which reduced the traffic noise. Our initial thought on checking in at the lobby was the Radiance feels like a corporate tower, but Christian and the staff soon dispelled that. Clean, tidy and quiet.

We would have appreciated pool towels when heading downstairs to the large pool.

The apartment was clean, well located and the staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any request. The self check in process was the easiest and best I've had anywhere. We were able to easily check in as late as needed because of our late arrival to Manila. The room itself was perfect for my wife and I regardless if we wanted to grab some groceries to cook in the apartment or go out to eat. The wifi was good and stable enough for me to do video calls and all my other needs. There's quite a bit to see in the local area, but taking a Grab was also nice and easy to get to other parts of the city. Next time we stay in Manila we want to come back here. Highly recommended.

Staff were accommodating. Unit was the same as photos. Clean and tidy. It has almost everything we need. Great location. Great view of Manila Bay, especially in the morning. Free use of pool and sauna- though we did not get a chance to use them. Lobby smells nice all the time, even my son commented on it. Secured accommodation. Thank you, Christian. You are very helpful.

Manila is very busy and difficult to get around on foot. Would be nice to have some catering on site. Was some issues with digital door lock was sorted very quickly i suggest pay close attention when you are let in (pull door towards you after entered code)

Great value for money. Safe and clean place. Smooth check-in through reception of the building and the keylock. Everything you need is in this condo. Good WiFi, SmartTV, Netflix. Washing machine for your laundry, big fridge and a kitchenette with utensils, watercooker and ricecooker . Good shower with enough waterpressure. ATM, Lawsons and 7-eleven very near. Friendly staff and owner. Place and surroundings are a safe area. Nice view from the top (36th ?) floor (Roofdeck). The condo itself is located at the 16th floor. 4 fast elevators, so you never have to wait long for the elevator. Thank you so much, would stay again definitely.
