Hotel Transport back to airport on day of departure was reasonably priced and the vehicle was well maintained and clean. The room that we stayed in was good and the beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space for the bags and an adequate hanging space for clothes on clothes hangers! BUT the room could have benefited from the installation of clothes hooks both in the bathroom/toilet as well as in the bedroom area to air clothes and towels on a daily basis. The cafe was well situated on the ground floor and easily accessible. The service was excellent and the food choice was good from both the 'fixed' complimentary breakfast menu as well as the regular cafe menu.

The lack of clothes hooks for hanging clothes and towels on within the room and the and the toilet/bathroom area. As explained prior this would help to air clothes and towels on a daily basis rather than draping them over the bed or hanging them in the wardrobe area on clothes hangers next to fresh clothes!

Everything, absolutely everything. All staff (right from room service, reception, lobby & Hotel collection/drop-off driver's) are amazing to say the least! No request or requirement was ever denied or shown to be annoying for them to fulfil. We would like to praise and thank them all and may God bless them continously to keep doing what they have been doing best. I myself didn't resist to hug some of then upon my departure because our stay was filled with so much satisfaction :)

Close to airport. Transportation from airport to hotel on time and helpful. As always the room was clean and nice. Free breakfast was good and had both Filipino and American fare. This was my 18th stay with Nichols since May 2013. I like that there is a full service Hospital right next door to the hotel.

Coffee shop needs to be open later at least until 10pm. It would be nice if Toiletries and Shower sandals were available for purchase on site. Overall a comfortable safe place to stay.

The most friendly staff. Very professional. We received excellent services. They were very attentive and caring especially in times of being quarantined. Also the choice of upgrading our room to family room was appreciated as they suggested. Being quarantined for so many days (6) you get to notice the work of the staff. I find your staff to be hard working, very attentive and provided us with anything we needed. Overall, the staff and facility is excellent. Thank you so much. I'm glad we chose Nichols hotel.

Only 5-10 mins away from airport by card, 30 mins away by walking. Rooms are surprisingly spacious for a downtown hotel. There is a café-restaurant at ground level, allowing you to take breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Staff were amazing, helped us navigate around town, organized us to get to the airport very quickly. Very clean, the rooftop bar was good

The location is near the airport and MOA, all the staff are very helpful and the size of the room is big enough for all the guests.

The room was nice and the price was good. The rooftop was nice place for a drink and the staff wS always friendly. Would stay there again.

Disliked nothing!

I had to leave before breakfast to catch a flight but I did eat supper on the roof top at the bar and it was absolutely delicious
