Service is great and unparalleled. Especially loved the buffet breakfast: they opened early) and closed late (11am). The variety for the breakfast buffet was great too! The pool layout was a bit confusing where we stayed (we were billeted in a room in the Hyatt building adjacent to Nobu and had access to their pools. One great thing also is they allowed my kid to swim in Nobu as long as we asked permission (normally it costs 950 per head for pool and lounge access)

The UG level reeked of smoke (probably because the casino section isn't enclosed but open). Not what I liked but there is no indoor pool, so my kid wasn't able to enjoy the pool on out last day because of thunderstorm safety.

I booked for a Club Room and it was as I expected. Our room is spacious and clean and everything on the minibar is for free. The breakfast is good and beds were comfortable. Since we were on the Club Room, we had access to the club lounge where you can have free coffee, tea and drink anytime and light meals from 5 to 7pm.

You need patience for the check-in as the waiting time is long, though you can already have drinks, coffee or tea and some cookies while waiting. The same goes for check out. Although breakfast is ok, I just wish they will improve the food serve during breakfast as well as food on the club lounge.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast has many choices avalable. I have requested for best possible service for my parents as it's their anniversary and we weren't dissapponited with the service provided, there was even a complimentary cake waiting for them at their room upon check-in. My dad had a minor accident, he was well taken care of the staffs and parameidcs on site who attended him and looked after him to ensure he's fine.

The hotels has a clean and nice room with cold a/c and fast internet. We are so please that the coffee,snacks and drinks in the room are free and included in our stay.

The reception and other staff was very helful and nice but we encounter rude life guard who discriminate my sister. The water heater on the suites, on the first day the water is cold and need to argue that they need to fix it.

I paid for deluxe twin room and asked for early check-in the front desk was very accommodating and even gave us a FREE room upgrade to suite! For 3 yrs of my hotel hopping, this is my first time getting a room upgrade. Also, I was surprised that everything in the minibar was already included the room we paid. Thank you Hyatt! We'll definitely go back!

I think they can still improve their breakfast buffet

Breakfast was normal nothing exceptional as I was exepecting a buffet but it was not. Not many choices in the menu.

clean, good staff, easy access to important venues, big bedrooms , refrig well stocked IE, drinks, munchies, coffee maker , plenty restaurants on UG selection and etc . easy a block walking 🚶‍♂️ to Ayala mall for shopping 🛍️ and etc . plan to stay again next trip ! value for money 💰 for a 5 star ⭐️ hotel 🏨 Buffet breakfast 🥞 restaurant very, very good, delicious food 🍲 👌

Customer service was excellent especially Ms. Hannah from Regency Club Lounge. They were very friendly and accomodating. Thank you to everyone (Hannah, Kristine, Charlene, Melody, Shey, Joel, Beverly, Michelle & Lourisse). You are doing your job well. Room was very spacious, clean and with good view. Everything we need is inside the area.

Location in general was accessible to the areas we wanted to visit. Hyatt Staff was professional and overall exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately, we had to move rooms twice during our stay- last move was given as a complimentary (suite) to make up for it.

Great room and facilities .

Well the prices in the restaurants and eateries are quite high. San Mig Pale pilsen around 200 peso a bottle and food especially the steak(over 3000 peso) ok for a business person on expenses but the rest of us a trip to MOA looks better value. Could do with more written information on location of facilities in the complex instead of trying to remember what was presented on tv info channel.
