Staff is helpful. Basic no frills hotel, good for a day or two. Area is located conveniently: Ayalya Malls Manila, SMDC Festival grounds, Mall of Asia, a casino, Star City, or Airport are not too far (depending on traffic) Has restaurant across street (never used so no idea on quality), 7 11 right next door, can use grab app to deliver food to hotel, or take you somewhere. (As of this posting, work is being done on buildings in area, resulting in several streets being blocked off. So your driver may get a bit lost if hasn't been there often)

Noise, the result if one takes the no frills, no amenities approach a bit too far. Simple inexpensive items at end of each hallway and at elevator area would do wonders to decrease noise by absorbing/redirecting sound. Can be done by simply adding fake plants, or certain "art" objects on walls that are designed for that purpose. Might need to spray a bit more for the small ants that appear if someone leaves food out. (It's the tropics, so they are expected to appear)

We love the location because it is so close to the hotel. There is a 7 eleven beside the hotel which was our son's favorite spot. It is walking distance to Ayala mall and Starbucks which is a bonus. About the hotel, unfortunately we stayed at other Hop Inn and this one does not have a mini fridge which was a downside because we drink bottled water and It would be better to drink cold water that room temp since it is hot in the Philippines. Also, I did get stopped by security because I took my road bike up to my room and I was asked to park it at the garage which I did not agree because I am not comfortable and I am afraid for it to be stolen or damaged. They did consider my concerns and did not bother me after that. The housekeeping staff Jarvie was awesome. He always cleans our room and does an amazing job. There was one time we left our room for 4 days we returned to an untouched room the same as how we left it. We did found out that Jarvie was off and that housekeeping staff who covered for him did not bother cleaning our room. Other than that the front desk always welcomes you and greets you each time and the security guards are very helpful specially when you have plenty of luggage's. The room is small but surprisingly 10 luggage's fit inside even with a Bike bag. They have a clever storage under the bed where you can tuck away 4 luggage's. This was our 2nd time at this Hotel and we enjoyed our stay here. The airport is about 10min away which is a big plus.

I attended an event at the MOA Arena, so the location is perfect (within 10 mins walk). It is very close to the MOA so it’s very convenient to find some food spots and to buy stuff. The room is decent and clean. There’s a 7-11 next to it, perfect for late night snacks. Also, the staff are very accommodating and very nice.

I stayed on the 14th floor (top floor). I constantly heard noises of loud metal bangs throughout the nights (im out most of the day). I assumed it was the elevator because my room was right next to it. However, i have informed the staffs about it and they are very accommodating. Not sure if they were able to fix the problem or not, but just to be safe you might want to avoid staying on the 14th floor.

Facilities were good and the staff were nice. Room is clean and tidy.

The AC is a bit not cold enough to made us sleep. My little boy can't sleep smoothly.

The A/C was not cool enough. The temperature was at it lowest (16C), but it was still not cold enough.

Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Voices from the hallway can be heard in the room. No electric kettle.

great for in & out of Manila to another island, it’s about a $5-10 taxi ride (make sure you break your larger bills by buying a few things in the airport before you leave it and say yes to the skyway, you will need exact change or close for taxis as they don’t like to give change). hotel is clean, but personnel have no personality. close to a mall, which is good for eating or needed items, and a 5am Grab pickup to terminal 3 was no issue. rooms have no toiletries, basically you get a towel. there is a 7 Eleven downstairs but again, they don’t like taking your large ATM bills.

Due to the nature of the location, you are clearly just a number.

This is a very basic no frills hotel. Good for staying a night or so, maybe bit longer depending on needs. I used it for a layover. I found the firm bed very comfortable for my back. Has 7-11 next door. About 3 blocks from Ayala Mall slightly further from Mall of Asia. (Think there is a metro station not too far). Check in/out was quick and easy. Good sized bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Has safe in room.

Halls could use something to help absorb sound. Probably putting a large (fake) plant at each end of the hallway and a couple near elevators would help.

Always a great, basic hotel at reasonable rates given the location. This is a no frills hotel. No restaurant, no slippers, no toothbrush. This is all clearly shown in the description, so bring your own or stay somewhere else if those things are deal breakers. WiFi is good and fast. Shower gel/soap is provided in a dispenser. The rooms are clean and most times the corridors are quiet. Though people do seem to forget they are in a hotel and sometimes make a lot of noise in the corridor. But this is true of even 5* accommodation.

This is nothing to dislike

I always stay in this hotel every time I’m in Manila as it is strategically located approximately 30 minutes away from NAIA Terminal 4 and 3. It is also just roughly 10 minutes away from SM MOA which makes it convenient when I need something to get from the mall. Best of all, it is beside a 7-11 store so I don’t have to worry about getting food and other needs on a whim. I also have to commend the cleanliness of this hotel as the room and bathroom are well-maintained over the years. What I like most tho, is the hotel’s customer service. The staff are helpful, courteous, and honest. I unfortunately left my backpack hours before an international trip and had to go back when I realized it’s not with me anymore. I was so glad the staff safely kept my backpack for me until I was able to claim it.
