The hotel is nice and room is clean. Many restaurants to dine in….

The breakfast, need to wait until there is an available table and the receptionist who’s taking the room number is very arrogant specially when asking about the table…..don’t show your attitude to your guest because they are not staying there for free. Show some respect when they are asking for something!

There is a lot improvements that can be done for hotel guests

I had to wait 20 minutes to get a table for breakfast. Breakfast was included. I hade a premium king suite. A hotel guest does not have any preference. Anyone from outside can come and go for breakfast if they pay. However hotel guest do not have preference. So for business i would not recommend this hotel as you will be late for all your morning meetings. 20 minutes waiting for a table at breakfast is ridiculous.

OMG! Staying in these kind of hotels is really one hell of an experience! Really wanna go back here even we did not check-out yet! haha! We were on the 16th floor and surprisingly, there are staffs roaming around every now and then so you will never get lost. Room service also was prompt and fast and the staffs are very approachable. Jollibee and starbucks in the area so you will never get hungry. They also allow you to order food from outside unlike other luxury hotels... WiFi is very fast!

Room was exceptional. Felt it exceeded our expectation. Loved it!

The rule that one cannot bring food from outside almost ruined our entire trip. Thank God it did not. Check-in staff was great. Explained to her that from Okada, we go fly back home to Canada so we brought lots of food to take back home. We were allowed to keep our outside food. I think this hotel rule should be removed. Also for the price that you pay, you'd expect "5-star" feel everywhere. This is true only inside your room. Everywhere else, feels "2-3 star." The entire vibe of hotel - dining, lobby, pool - did not give a feel of an exceptional hotel that you'd expect.

The food at Sinag-the breakfast buffet, was superb. I love the food and there were a lot of varieties. The room was clean and the housekeeping tidy up the place 2x in a day. The ambience was nice, and the room was colorful and shiny. The toilet bowl was automated and the lighting and all are centrally controlled with a tablet.

The queue for breakfast was too long because there are a lot of guests but the restaurant was not that big. The room was too far from the breakfast restaurant and is not suitable for the elderly. There were a lot of nonresident guests who play the casino or those just for the photos and they are loud.

This has been my 3rd time in Okada and I always love the experience. I love how the staff are so accommodating. It is also worth the value for money. I prefer this place to show my international friends the quality of hotels in the Philippines. I also appreciate the quick assistance of the medical team.

The only inconvenience I have is that I cannot make a security deposit using my debit card. I understand though, this is a casino. Some may check-in with loads of cash and leave with nothing left. I just hope there is a better way other than doing a cash deposit as some of us are about to leave the country and carrying a lot of cash is inconvenience.

We got lucky to be upgraded from Junior Suite to Premium Suite so we had a jacuzzi with a view, a full living room, and a dining room together with our bedroom. The room was really huge. The welcome note on the TV was a great touch. Our family had a chance to see the room as guests can stay up to 10 PM. We booked the room together with breakfast and it was well worth it. The international breakfast buffet was really extensive as it had Japanese, American, Chinese, and Filipino selections. The coffee I ordered tasted better than Starbucks. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I commend all of the staff from the Hotel, Restaurant, and Casino who made our stay a wonderful experience.

The check-in process was a bit slow as there was a long line. I was luckier because the next day, it was longer. They can think of something to make it faster and less hassle for the guests. Maybe give them a number and let them sit down instead of lining up.

Staff's hospitality, mostly all greeting and smiling. Our room was upgraded for free!!! It was amazingly huge-- and the bathroom, too. The bed was comfortable, and though we did not try, we could request for special pillows. The food at Sinag was sooooo good~ all in all, i loved the exquisite feel of Okada.

The vicinity is still all mostly construction sites... The room we were in (junior suite) had quite a poor view. It was a free upgrade though, so it's all good i guess. We sis not get valet so we parked in the basement. Staff upon entrance from the basement were complete opposite of the lovely ones in the main floors... haphazard with our things upon placing through the scanner. I did not feel like a guest then. I expected them to have a more accommodating approach just like the staff upstairs. The atmosphere changed once I went up a floor anyways~ Wish there were handheld bidets too 😅😅

Okada Manila is Magnificent. I love the staff! They over exceeded my expectations as a guest/customer. They were very polite, helpful, prompt, and simply the best. Our room was awesome with modern technology and the shower and jacuzzi was a bonus. The pool was beautiful. The casino has a lot of games and slot machines. The food choices were good. The Buffet was delicious. We are definitely coming back to stay there again.

That the hallways to our room was warm and humid. No microwave. No complimentary shuttle to MOA or surrounding areas.

Just the room, especially the toilet and bathroom.

Almost everyone talking about Okada Manila, maybe for some people it is good but for us it Didn’t feel like it was a five star hotel. When we checked in it feels like we’re checking in at the airport. Crowded and noisy. They should have an entrance for hotel guests separately from a visitors only. Not even a welcome drinks for the guest, and checked was at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready til it was around 4pm. And when we finally come to the room and explored the room, room wasn’t completely finished. It was only prepared for to person. I booked it for 3. And I had to call a few times to a customer service. Which they were really friendly and helpful.
