It's clean and the staff were accommodating. The security guard even assists us from parking until entering the hotel.

The room was clean. There were also complimentary water and coffee available in the room. However, would suggest to have a bathroom mat so it won't be slippery when wet.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are super clean. You can always count on the hotel staff for bringing you water or to take away your rubbish plastic. Food in the breakfast was really great. You can pick whatever you want from the table, bread with jam, or a bowl of soup, or great soft rolls, coffee, juice. Etc. The hotel was very accomodating to my request to provide me with the quiet room. The room was in fact really quiet and I loved it! In the best location possible at the top floor. I couldn't ask for anything better! Before my stay I realised that some people complained about the "not the best wifi". It's nonsense. First, make sure you don't come to the hotel with 10 year old laptops or phones that have bad capacity to reach for the Wi-fi. Even from that top floor I could easily work online and watch Twitch streams at the same time. Also, if you need light-speed internet so much, then please just go to the comfortable reception lounge downstairs and you will watch 4k movies there. You have such an amazing location in this hotel, that you really shouldn't waste your life on being so Internet-dependent. Come on! Go outside sometimes, since you have KFC, McDolands, Chowking, Shopwise, Very cheap Pizza restaurant next to 7eleven, the amazing restaurant Taiwan Noodles, all within 2 minute walk!

The hotel is near in 4 fast foods (KFC, Mcdo, Chowking, Shakeys), convinience store like 7/11, near laundry shops, banks like Metrobank/Chinabank/Eastwest, grocery store like Shopwise. 1 ride of sidecar to AYALA CIRCUIT & SM. The hotel price is very budget friendly. The staff was very welcoming & friendly.

The one in charge who checks the door knob in the morning shift not that friendly & also the door knob itself we’re having a hard time opening the door because the battery is low so we kept asking for assistance.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room is tastefully made to look like an expensive hotel and the free breakfast is also a very good value for my money. It is also nice that they have a beer brewery bar at the lobby.

The wifi is very weak in some areas of the hotel. The a/c in my room was dripping water but the staff was very accommodating and they tried to fix it at once.

Good hotel. Great wifi/internet. Friendly reception regarding early checkin. Clean well furnitured room. Laundry available. Good aircon. Strong good shower (no local heater unit). Fridge and safe available. Less than 30 minutes walking distance from Greenbelt/Glorietta, but not many restaurants very close to hotel.

Shower changes temperature, so a little hard to adjust. Though the shared heated water definately has benefits (good strong shower) it also has this downside. Right window in room 512 is broken so it cannot be fully closed and is a little open all the time. As a result you hear all the outside noise, and the road below is also busy at night (and Filipino traffic utilizes the horn A LOT) and also construction work opposite the hotel. I am not easily distracted, but if you are, this room is not for you.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. McDonald’s is a short walk away. The price is great for Makati.

I’m nitpicking because there wasn’t much I didn’t like about this hotel. But both rooms I had, had poorly repaired shower tiles so when you step on them, old water bleeds up. But otherwise things were great.

Affordable rates for a quick stay in Makati to do a medical checkup or attend an occasion. I like that it's near good Asian restaurants. Beds are comfy. There's a cool plant based resto and Kraft beer bar downstairs.The hotel staff are always courteous.

A bit of leak in the bathroom but nothing unmanageable. The rooms fronting the road need soundproofing though. The chairs in rooms need to be changed or screwed back so they're not wobbly.

the first thing i always check is the bed. found out that the bed sheets were not clean. its as if it wasn’t changed. i ask them to change it na lang but I guess walang maintenance at that time kaya they moved me to another room. more spacious and clean BUT it reeks of cigarette. i told my concerns to one of their personnel and he was like “ay ganon po ba” then he left. The hotel clearly states that it is 100 % smoke free, you can even see signs of no smoking in the room and cr.

This was our 3rd time staying at Solace. The location is great. The room was clean.

The previous front desk officer was great, but the ones who assisted us yesterday was so-so. I hope she smile and greet the customers just like the usual staff do.

I like this little hotel in San Antonio Village. The front desk folks are always very nice and helpful. It’s just a short walk to McDonald’s or 7-Eleven.

The new parking/ outside guy is not so warm and friendly. The AC filter in the room needed a little attention. But otherwise things were fine.
