Thank goodness I'm not afraid of cockroachess! Property needs pest control! That's all other than that I had a good stay. Picture posted here. Just for evidence lol! Also found them at the breakfast area sooooo........ 🪳

It was clean, sheets and pillows were comfy. The room had a desk so I was able to put in some extra studying very comfortably the day prior to my exam

Towels were a bit threadbare.

the first room they gave me had cockroaches, the air conditioning leas leaking. not only that, I had some local delicacies that I intended to take home with me as presents to my friends but my room cleaner lost or threw it away without notifying me. in fairness after I have informed the reception of the room problem they gave me another room.

I was very happy and comfortable during 3 days. Recommended for people who want to come to take the NCLEX exam. It's very close to the trident a tower and now I passed the Nclex exam. Thank you to all the staff for helping me.

I personally loved the location ( near the test area) and the breakfast buffet. The food was good to fill your tummy and the staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Easy check in and check out service also. I would prefer next time that our room be on the lower level. I got so dizzy being on the 37th floor🥴. Not a real fan to heights.

The room was neat and tidy except for the little unwanted guests. There were little cockroaches in the bathroom, sink and by the window near the table. I hope you address this concern for future visitors. Overall, it's still a pleasant stay.

It was such an amazing stay and I did not expect that the room will be spacious for a solo traveller like me. Though my room was in 37th floor, but the surroundings is so calm and peaceful. Perfect place for people who wants to enjoy peaceful environment. There's a daily house keeping service, he was so kind , who will knock to your room. Also, I like the idea of providing some utensils, kitchen appliance such as rice cooker, cooking pan and single electric burner who wish/prefer to ccok own food. About bathroom, honestly I saw some small coackroaches but I dont mind at all. I like the divider door at shower area to limit slashig of water to other areas. Overall it was a memorable stay for me and I highly recommend this place to my friends and to others, specially those who nclex test takers because it was.really so near from Trident Tower.

The unit was spacious..with complete facilities needed during my stay..the property is the closest to the testing center for my exam..the hotel driver who picked me up from the airport is so nice..i commend him for his service..

The 2 female staff in the reception during my check-in was not approachable..no smiles, no greeting..when i came, i greeted them nicely but seems they are not happy to see me..they just checked me in and did not even called the service man that i am already checked in..it was i who approached the guy to go up to my room and bring my luggage..

the location is ok since fast food chain is just around the corner. Convenience store are near also.The mall is one grab call away

I was really disappointed with the first room. that was given to us becauae it has a baby cockroach roaming around. it seems that they did not do a pest control. However, when we told them, the housekeeper checked and the front desk upgraded us to another room. Eventhough i was afraid that there might be a cockroach again.
