The hotel is clean, easily accessible, and brand new. The swimming pool, gym, and restaurants are all top class. The gym itself is commercial grade. There is a mall attached to the building with many options for food, health, beauty, etc… there is also a supermarket aswell with all the familiar brands and premium stuff. 24/7 this place has you covered. The best thing about this place is the staff. The reception staff, the concierge, the waiters at the breakfast area, they are all top class and friendly. They are very genuine and always eager to help. Communication is very good aswell. The rooms are immaculate and well put together. The value for money is great. I usually don’t write reviews. But this place really deserves the best review.

Reception and Housekeeping were friendly. This is pur 4th time in this service apartment. Probably will be the last. Time to explore other services. Just 1 security guard stationed at the pool area was a bit off. She was telling us that eating at the table near the pool was not allowed. Which we did not know. But the manner could be improved. We quickly kept our food but her face was scary. Maybe re-training her would be beneficial.

Apart from the security guard mentioned above, the wifi is on and off during our stay.

I spent 8 nights there then extended for 3more nights and then extended for 1 more night to which I didn't receive any discount and the guy who served me was i believe very poor actions which sort of soured it for me and at check out i was not offered 1 of your bears like the first time i stayed.

The property is located in the heart of Makati city right across from the police station, fire station and Makati City Hall. The apartment was clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store close by for snacks and additional alcohol. Every morning the complimentary breakfast was different and delicious. Willie and JM and Ralph helped with special requests. Every time we asked for something in the room within minutes staff arrived to assist. The restaurants were also so good. Well done Alpha Suites. Thank you A-Team ❤️

Everything is perfect

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I experienced in Philippines - great selection. The entire hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was great, and clean. The entire property was in good condition and the location was excellent.

A lot of taxis didn't know the location, so best to specify its opposite the police station and fire station on the main road.

Accessibility. Conveniently located, easy to find, and has a convenience store at the ground floor.

The walls of the rooms/units are a bit old or just made of plywood. Compared to SEDA residences that you can still feel the hotel vibe, in Alpha Suites its more of a condominum vibe. The hallways are narrow and quite hot. Kitchen are not so well equipped, just the basic. Lady guard in charge of the pool area today (6/25/23) was arrogant, not approachable, rude. Should be replaced or put in a non frontline area. Food in Balesin Islander is served in small quantity.

The apartment is clean and well-prepared, with absolutely everything you might need. The pool and gym areas are excellent. The breakfast is extensive and the best I’ve had in the Philippines. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and the air conditioning works perfectly in both rooms. The location is also a perfect 10/10.

Location was great, close to the airport, the breakfast was okay, could have been better but I enjoyed it. The pool area was lovely, the gym was clean, the golf simulator thing was great, and it was very comfortable.

The windows aren't sundproof so sometimes a light sleeper like me can hear the road below.

1. APARTMENT: The apartment we stayed in was excellent. It was clean, equipped with modern decor, and has a clear view of the city. 2. STAFF: Staff members were professional and courteous; very pleasant to interact with. 3. AMENITIES: The hotel has a spacious gym, clean spa for R&R, club, restaurants, a market place. You name it.

1. BREAKFAST LOCATION: The breakfast buffet was outside in an unconditioned open space near the pool area which wasn't very clean. There were swarms of tiny flies enjoying the breakfast buffet with the guests, especially on the corn and tomatoes in the salad area. 2. EXHAUST / GENERATOR IN POOL AREA: We decided to relax in the pool area at night only to realize how loud and noisy the exhaust / generator is there. I'm not exactly sure what that machine is but it is loud and takes away from the experience.
