The location was amazing, staff really good and helpful. the layout off the property was well done.

The maintenance of certain aspects was not good, access door to our room was extremely stiff and hard to open, window in our bathroom did not seem to fit properly and the pool could do with a good clean. The area down by the water could be improved. Considering we stayed just post COVID the property is yet to get back on its feet fully which they have started to do. This is very much constructive feedback and we enjoyed our stay very much so, the staff make the place.

The stay was wonderful and the staff exceptional… Nothing I can say was unpleasant… The scuba diving beautiful there

The walk from the beach area was tiring but we moved rooms to accommodate the walk and the staff understood our needs and didn’t have to ask… They moved us right to the top of the lodge for free…

The rooms & bed were excellent. The pool was excellent.

The access road to the resort was terrible. The restaurant food was below standard and below our expectations for such a wonderful resort. The bar was very solitary. Being in the pool and around the sun lounges was soulless, there was no vibe, no life.

Our 3rd time back here. Love location. Very nice and quiet Easy water access. Etc. For boat tours etc. great staff. Great food good accommodation

The long driveway not paved and bumpy. Needs repairs desperately. Other than that I’d recommend busuanga bay lodge definitely.

Wonderful location and very peaceful . Amazing friendly staff . The general manager. AJ went out of his way to make our stay very pleasant ; indeed all the staff were excellent . We will be recommending and returning . Thank you 😊😎😊

Most important the staff was extremely friendly with excellent services they are willing to help without any hesitation offered everything to make their guest comfortable.

Very peaceful and the 5 star facilities with the million dollar $ view is a bonus! And our hilltop suite was very comfortable clean and plus the view..

The staff and the location, the staff were incredible all of them, Jenny and Cindy specifically made the whole staying even nicer.

We had the Best and Very Memorable Stay in BBL. The food was great, the ambiance and view was perfect and above all the staff was really accommodating, polite and very helpful especially on what I have requested from them...for the perfect Romantic Surprise Dinner, with all my heart I am so grateful and thank you so much guys everything, most especially to Ms. Nicha! Our total experience was Exceptional and Highly Recommended!

Food quality was great but variety could be improved. Kilawin was excellent! Pizza was also very good. Coffee was outstanding.

Caesar Salad dressing was too heavy. Flavoring of caesar salad from one day to the next was not consistent. Both were good but not the same. These are really minor comments. Overall, food was very good already.

The pool area over looking the sea was amazing . Rooms were big and very comfy beds. Can kayak and paddle board for free

Wasn’t enough options for vegetarians And most of the food wasn’t that great!
