The hotel has 26 rooms and therefore not too big (massive). The room was spacious and the balcony was more like a small terrace. The location is nearby the main road and therefore nearby restaurants, money changers, bakery, mini-markets etc. The beach was very nearby and a short-cut was granted by the Best Western Hotel by showing your Harmony-hotel key! A nice breakfast was served at the restaurant alongside the swimming pool. They had 5 different set menus to choose from.

Great location-close to everything with beach access just a short stroll away. Staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was the perfect way to start your day. Rooms are big, good air-con, tinted privacy windows on balcony a great touch. Safe moto parking. Pool & grounds are amazing and very relaxing. Good wifi. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Panglao ❤️

Location is just a few minutes walk to Alona beach. We love the facilities of this property. We enjoyed the pool since we were not able to go for a swim at the beach due to an upcoming storm (last May). We also appreciated that they provided a rack to hang your wet clothes. They also provided a simple breakfast enough for you to start your day ( extras with payment of course). The staff is also helpful. We asked for some requests like late check out (additional payment) and transportation to the airport.

The room and bathroom is quite old. Maybe a liitle bit of upgrade.

Everything was great. The room I had overlooked the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were amazing 👏 swimming pool, fab and 2 minutes to the beach. Very close to all amenities.

They don't any food other than breakfast which was a shame. However there are many restaurants very close by.

Location was great, 5mins walk from Alona beach. Seemed a little unusual to need to walk through the Best Western for beach access but this was not a problem. Staff were helpful and friendly. They also prepared a takeaway breakfast when we needed to depart at 5am. Useful veranda outside room, and convenient pool access. Peaceful location, despite being near beach and town centre Breakfast was good.

Some additional charges at breakfast - such as for extra toast, which seems petty at this price point.

The staff were very helpful when a tour didn't pick me up. Breakfast was good. The pool was lovely. Great location as close to beach and main street. WiFi Waa good. Very happy there.

The rooms are spacious. You will also get the best value for your money. we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Employees are very accommodating. We did not try their food though. The property is best suited for flashpackers, big groups, friends in a budget. I also appreciate that there’s complimentary soap and shampoo (I brought my own though). they have sprayer in the toilet and designated pale and dipper on top of having a shower. water pressure is also nice. Location wise, it is going to be just a 5 minute walk to Alona beach. The place is generally safe. Make sure to also visit Bamboo bar near the hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Hope they change the water in the pool as it has a strong smell of chlorine. I definitely understand though because of the pandemic and the area went through a disaster several months before we stayed there. Not being picky but it would give a more resort feel if the employees are wearing uniforms even just a simple white polo shirt. It’ll complete the resort feel. I would also recommend having a 24-hour Security on duty. and well-lit walkway to the hotel at night.

The staff were really nice. The room was a good size. The AC worked well. Wifi was ok. The pool was ok.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was limited and they never had any bacon for 2 weeks, which is surprising in a country that lives on pork.

Clean room and pool. Multiple choices for breakfast, all very tasty

The water pressure in the shower would occasionally reduce, but only for a short while
