Outside area is nice, surrounded by palms, grass and trees. Main road is away by walking distance, the beach as well. Room is spacious.

Property is little bit outdated and it needs renovation. It could be more lights in the room.

The rural country home ambiance but few steps away is the town center so you may enjoy the city comfort and there is a shortcut only 1 minute walk away from the beach front of Alona beach, very safe area considering it is very affordable.

Remove the stagnant water near gate entrance coz it might be a breeding place for mosquitoes then it will be perfect place to relax because I love the ambiance and the accomodating staff.

Location was really good. Area was peacefull and quiet but from there was only 2 minutes walk to the alona beach and 2 minutes walk to the main road where is best restaurants.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was small, but comfy and nice. My wife got sick for most of our time there, so we didn't do too much.

The beach close by isn't the nicest beach around. We went here and dumuluan and both were pretty crowded and noisy. I was expecting beach clubs where you can hang out under palapas and eat and enjoy yourself on the beach front. It's not like that at all.

Nice room. Has privacy hot water and air-co. The stuff is super nice and helpful. There is a small shared kitchen. The nearest access to the beach is about 7 minutes' walk but more quiet spot.

They don't have laundry service. The location is fine, but not as close as I wished, to get to the beach about 10 minutes if u go from the short cut, u can reach the north end of the beach, than 7 more minutes to the center. The main road is a 20-minute walk. It's not that bad, but I prefer a more centred location.

The location is good .It's very close to alona beach . Staffs are very accommodating and approachable..the place is clean and it's worth the price.If you like to cook food on your own to save they have a stove and other kitchen utensils available. If you prefer other foods , you can find 7/11, Macdonald and jolibee.. there are other lutong Bahay stores, you can also find ihaw ihaw , litson manok and the silog shops if you stroll around . In short, I will still chose same place if given a chance to go back..

Hmm... Water for shower is a little salty.. and medyo malamok. Outside...

Accessible and near beach, clean room with hot and cold shower . They lend utensils, cookware and usage of gas stove.

Suggest they add mini fridge.

We are a group of 7 women and had a great stay at Bohol Sea Breeze Cottages and Resort. We felt at home because the staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful (especially Rose and Allan); the rooms are clean and quiet; the place is just some few minutes walk away from the beach. A really great value for the money.

I think: it is high time to refurbish the rooms because there were wood powder drops on some of the beds from the ceiling caused by wood-boring beetles; at least see to it that there are clothes hangers and hooks in the rooms; the water heater is too high (for small people like me!) to operate;

Everything. Great location, a few minutes to the beach or restaurants and shops but in a quiet and safe place, in the garden, with a terrace. It offers simple accommodation that has a local spirit. Very clean, with outdoor kitchen, free cold and hot drinking water. AC, hot shower, well functioning WiFi. Comfortable bed. Extraordinary kind staff, in particular Drey was always available, smiling and helpful.

Very clean, chill, quite and budget friendly place. They have a huge nice garden to hang out. Wifi is working very well. The owners and workers are super friendly and helpfull. It is 15 minutes from the AirPort and few minutes walking distance from Alona Beach. There are Motorbike rentals everywhere around the place. Walking distanece to restaurants, bars and markets. No bedbugs, no weird insects in the room which is hard to find in the region.
