The place is really well decorated, big and confortable rooms and is really close to Alona beach and restaurants
The customer service was not good, specially compared to all the places we visited in the Phillipines. They took days to reply or didn´t reply at all to our questions, didn´t offer any type of help (all the places we stayed in the islands offered pick up service for a certain price. I sent a message asking about this or if they had any type of guidance, but they never replied), the wifii signal seemed to be good, but the password provided was not working and they didn´t help with this, so we ended up not using. The breakfast option available was just 1 - filipino breakfast, and if you wanted an american one (bread insted of rice), you had to pay 50 pesos more for that - this was the only place that we had to pay more for a different option.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Panglao. The location is set back off of the main road, and it's a smaller hotel, but it was perfect for my family. I like that most of what we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. Both beach and the town were easily accessible by foot, or by tricycle. The room was one of the most spacious places we stayed in. Based on the photos at booking, I figured my son would be sleeping on a couch but that area was set up into a king size bed, which was an awesome surprise. The pool is beautiful and I like that there are only a few villas, so I didn't have to deal with a ton of people or waiting for elevators, etc. It felt like home, and we really felt like the value was there for what we paid.
-Lots of mosquitos (in and out of the rooms) -Food on site was pretty basic -Coffee station wasn't replenished at cleaning -Only one pillow per person, which does seem to be the standard throughout the Philippines, and they did give us a few extras when we asked

The setup was nice, and the private pools great, and the staff super helpful. Lucky to be the first few to experience the private room and pool accommodation.
Outdoor kitchen and bathrooms were not enjoyable due to the weather, as well as the location and its proximity to residents. Everything feels congested. The road to the place is a bit beat up and not easy to find. Alona beach is nice, but too many hassling and unorganised...I would recommend the large resort on the beach if you want a carribean vibe. Becareful with ladyboys near the bars and fast foods areas, they ganged up and harassed my girls friend and her friend, even threatened murder. Beware of the aggressive tourist traps.

Top location with everything on walking distance. Beautiful and clean accomodation with a nice swimming pool including lifeguard watching the kids. Also a delicious breakfast menu and room service possible at night. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our villa had a very nice bathroom, but I was missing some racks on the wall to hang wet towels / clothes. There is a small rack on the floor but not enough for a family of 4 to hang all towels and wet clothes. There is lots of wallspace so I would suggest to hang some more racks. Aside from that the villa was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Panglao! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and having our own private pool was such a treat. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to Alona Beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Bohol!

The rooms are clean, stylish and the beds are comfortable. Surroundings are quiet. The transaction was not complicated, Jhena was really very accomodating ang helped with the transportation while we were in Panglao.
There‘s huge construction close to the hotel ongoing and the road going to the beach and from the highway still needs a lot of work done. The place itself is good, its only the outside surroundings which requires a lot of work to be done.

A beautiful little sanctuary a few minutes walk to Alona beach. It was a nice escape from the busyness of Alona. The food in the restaurant was great, they keep the grounds and pool beautifully clean, room was lovely (perfect space for family of 4) and restaurant staff friendly. A peaceful break!
We booked a boat trip through the front desk for 2700. The staff didn’t tell us that there would be other fees during the trip so it ended up being 5800. The price was fine, but we would have appreciated knowing about it when we booked so we could take enough cash on the trip.

We like the resort's very laid back feel. It was really quiet, clean, and offers reasonable prices. The place was really cool wherever you go, since wind passes through and through with its wide open spaces and high-ceiling. The villa we stayed in was really big we were all pleasantly surprised, it was literally a steal! The staff were accommodating and very pleasant. Overall, we will be recommending Villa Kasadya to family and friends and we'll definitely consider staying again if ever we're in Panglao.
The breakfast choices could be better. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as great.

We loved everything about Villa Kisadya and it’s one of our favourite resorts. It is a peaceful boutique hotel with a relaxed, friendly ambience and welcoming, helpful staff. We are a family of three and our four year old daughter loved the pool. She had it to herself for much of our stay. She adored playing with the cats and Leo the dog. The restaurant food is delicious and has a good mix of Filipino and Western food. The location of the resort is a convenient walk to Alona beach, less than 10 mins. Our villa was stunning. Thatched roof, modern design, great AC and quality wifi (we worked while here and were able to do Zoom calls). Best of all: it was a very spacious room and felt comfortable and clean. Highly recommend and hope that we can return.
Not directly to do with the hotel but the walk back from the Alona beach would be safer with good lighting. We managed with phone torches but definitely room for improvement.

Quaint little property with lovely staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is very pretty by the pool and does a lovely breakfast. Only a short walk to beach through alleyway and to the main strip.
The walk to the beach from the accommodation is a little dicey but not far. It’s through the backstreets and an alleyway full of construction material. Once completed I am sure that it will clean up well.
