Upon entering the grounds of AtHome we were amazed at how beautiful the property was. It was so green with lots of plants and trees and chickens running around , a little bit of paradise in Peurto Princess. Our accommodation was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely veranda to sit outside on and it was bliss. The swimming pool was great, a welcome dip after a hot day touring. Cedric and Laurent were the best hosts ever, they were so welcoming and friendly, we loved chatting to them over breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was so tasty and filling and the dinners were out of this world, we don’t normally eat at properties we stay in but we are so glad we did here , the food was amazing, all fresh and tasty. The location was just outside the main area but easy to get around with taxis and tuk tuks. We booked all our tours through Cedric and Laurent and they were all fantastic. We are missing Cedric and Laurent and AtHome already as we continue our travels ❤️

Nothing , everything perfect

The hosts have an astute sense of design and an astute eye for incorporating the tropics into their decor, garden and cuisine. Our cottage had all of the amenities of home and more. We were impressed with the stylish bedding, window treatments, modern bath, and beautiful wood plank flooring. Breakfast was beyond plentiful. Fresh tropical fruit, breads, yogurt, omelettes, coffee and tea. Yummy!!! The hosts are charming and generous. Their evening dinners are superb 3-course gourmet events. DO NOT miss them. Most likely the best in Puerto Princesa. They keep the property neat as a pin including the extensive gardens.

We 100% recommend this place for a stay in Puerto. Very near the airport and the centre by car/trike. The place was beautifully and thoughtfully designed in gorgeous gardens. The rooms were super clean, and had everything you needed. Cedric and Laurent were very helpful before our stay and while we were there - booking us a cab for 5am and even waking up to make sure we were safely on our way. We had a wonderful dinner with Cedric and Laurent and some other guests - definitely do eat here when you stay. The ambiance was relaxed and welcoming. Thank you chef!

Our changing plans meant that we arrived at At Home at 7pm and then left at 5am for the airport - we are gutted that we didn't get to spend more time here and use the facilities / check out Laurent's breakfast / see the place in day light! If I had to be picky, the fan could have been a little stronger.

Everything about At Home was absolutely perfect. The location is down a small lane only an 8 minute walk from the bus terminus and a 10 minute drive in a tricycle from the airport which means it is an easily accessible place. There is a really cool vibe in the huts, which has a rural yet modern feel to it with A/C, great WiFi, USB charging ports and extremely comfortable rooms with really nice porches in each hut. Laurent and Cedric were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. They made us the most beautiful meal, we have had in months, even though we arrived quite late and you could really tell they want the guests to have the best time possible. We also really enjoyed chatting to the guys over dinner and hearing their interesting stories. We really felt lucky to have found this place and really believe it is a hidden gem in Peurto Princessa. It is relatively new and we have no doubt with more visitors coming this will be the highest rated accommodation in the area. We didn’t want to leave! We were also proud to be the first Irish guests to stay here!

For the first time we can say absolutely nothing. Our stay was perfect in every way.

Great stay at Puerto in this beautiful guesthouse. These little room-houses were built and decorated in a very tasteful way. Comfortable mattress, fans, hot showers with soap+shampoo, an original pool, a little terrace also where you can do your own yoga. I also recommend the massage. The highlight of the stay was probably the food and the range of drinks at the bar (from Spanish wine to vodka popcorn…) Short tricycle distance from the airport and walking distance to the bus station to go to Port Barton. I highly recommend this place!

I liked everything!

Our best accomodation in Palawan. The Bungalows are so pretty and welcoming you really feel "at home". Every Bungalow has its own cozy balcony to hang out surrounded with all the beautiful plants. The whole Place is built with a lot of thought and love to the detail. It's also really eco friendly with the fans (no AC), opening walls of the bungalows and the reduced waste. Really friendly and helpful hosts. They recommend you stuff or can organize trips or massages. You can even rent a scooter to do your own trips. The food was amazing.

It was to hot 🥵 but that is a problem of my swiss genes and the Philippines and not the accomodation 😂

The amenities in my accommodation were thought out —great WIFI and internet-capable TV with an HDMI cable for your own devices. The overall design of the accommodations was well-designed, with an emphasis on sustainable materials and efficient lighting. I loved that the breakfast and dinner were made with attention and care. I also loved how amicable and laid-back the hosts were

If you are not a fan of being out in nature (the main entrance/lounge/eating area is open) and experiencing the kind of animals that live in a tropical climate, then you may not enjoy the stay as much. I knew of this coming into it from seeing the more traditional design of the accommodations in the photos, so it wasn't a dislike.

I love the serenity of the place and makes you feel that you are far from the city proper of Puerto Princesa and yet it is just close to the city proper. I love the calming and relaxing sound of hearing only the birds chirping, hens clucking, and rooster crowing. I also like the dining area and the restaurant of the place which is strategically located where it provides a unique and relaxing experience of eating while watching butterflies, birds and dragonflies fly and roosters digging for food in the gardens surrounding all the cottages and the restaurant/dining area. The ambiance of the place infuses warmth and joy to the guest with the right use of complementary warm and bright colours in the design of its cottages, furnitures, lightings, other facilities. The place also gives a different vibe with the dominant use of native materials called sawali(woven split bamboo mats) as walls, doors, and windows. I also love the food because I get to experience authentic French food using local ingredients from the French owner. Most of all the food are very healthy appropriate and highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans. The food are also delicious and visually appetizing at the same time. Also, the food makes you feel full at a longer period of time at less calories which is appropriate for those who are on their diet or want to loss weight or those who are on strict diet based on doctor's recommendation. Lastly, the owners of the place are very friendly and accommodating and makes you feel at home throughout my stay in their Airbnb. Overall, At Home Puerto Princesa is highly recommended for those who want to get away from the noise and stress of city life in Puerto Princesa to de-stress, relax and recharge without the hassle of long travel away from the city proper of Puerto Princesa City.

At.home and that’s absolutely how Cedric and Laurent make you feel straight away. This is a hidden gem paradise surrounded by forest. The property has really nice outdoor pool with a shower surrounded by tropical plants, a chill out area where you can practice yoga or meditation, and even a restaurant bar where everyone can socialise along with Cedric and Laurent. Everything is made with love and they are eco-friendly oriented. The rooms are comfortable nice mattress, good bedding, a roof ventilator, smart tv, and your own terrace. They also offered us their scooter for a modest price so you can visit some of the beautiful beaches around the area. Will will be delighted to came back anytime !! 100% recommended!! Thanks guys!

we had a amazing stay with the most friendly couple who would do anything to make your stay more comfortable! the breakfast and homecooked dinners are delicious and you definitely want to eat there. the little huts are perfect , clean, very nice bed, a lovely warm shower and a nice outside space for chilling. everything is brand new. But specially the care of the two owners is amazing, we went together to the market and they gave us a lot of advice on thing to do around the town. you can rent a scooter in the hotel so you can get around by yourself. We come back there and would 100% recommend this place!!
