The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

there was nothing I could think about that I could complain..My expectations for you were blown away..it would be nice though if we had more than one key so my wife and I could've done some things seperatly.

We enjoyed our daily breakfast. The food that were offered are well balanced and very delicious

The one that everyone in my party complaint about is the noise at night time passed 10:00PM from other customers. They were very loud and inconsiderate of other customers who wanted to have a quiet restful night. Our rooms were located very closed to the reception desk which I'm pretty sure they can hear the noise. I would have given a higher rating if not of the noise. Otherwise, we did enjoyed our stay and will book with them again should we given the chance to visit Palawan in the future. Thank you to all the staffs and the managements for accommodation us. the hotel is near Robinsons mall and very accessible to the highways and public transpo. I appreciate that they allowed me to check-in early since my flight arrival is scheduled early in the morning. they also provide complimentary service for guests to pick you up or bring to the airport.

breakfast is good although could use more variety.

it’s by the highway and cheap for what it is Staff were prompt and helpful and knowledgeable. helpful that they go above and beyond. took our family photos when asked. service with a smile.

The staff were excellent very polite and couldn't do enough for you. The buffet at night was very good value .. .

They dont have security boxes in every room. The room was supposed to have a garden veiw but it was a veiw of a steel fence.

I liked the fact that the staff helped me arrange so that my room had a table in it gor a surprise candle light dinner. I liked that the staff was able to pre-arrange a special dinner for the birthday celebration that i asked for. Thank you so much, your the best!!
