First is the location. The hotel is near the airport and to Robinsons Palawan. There are many restaurants near the area as well. Second, is the staff. They are very kind, polite and accommodating. They offer free pick up from the airport, I just messaged them here in the app and reminded the day before the flight. They confirmed and responded on my messages. They also kindly and generously agreed to our request on the early check in and check out. They also helped us call a tricycle. And lastly, the amenities and toiletries. Loved that there are hair dryer and slippers. The hotel has an elevator too.

There’s really nothing to dislike with the hotel. But the breakfast they offer has room for improvement. Good thing that it is a buffet style so you could choose the amount of food you are going to get, meaning less leftovers, however the choices is limited. The coffee is good though.

As muslims we don't wear shoes in the room. We found out the floor is not acceptable for us to take off our shoes and to prepare for our prayer on the floor. Immediately called the housekeeping and they acted fast enough. Thank you. We like that. And they have free shuttle to airport. That was cool and free of hassle. The breakfast was good. Nice restaurant which full of crafts deco, we just love them.

The shower room floor is quite slippery. Should place a rubber mat to avoid unnecessary things happen.

We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast: the room and atmosphere of the breakfast area is welcoming and comfortable. They have a wide selection of foods. The staff at every area of the property showed excellent courtesy and helpfulness.

I was disappointed that the hot water in our room did not become actually hot until about 6:30am or later. As an early riser, that was frustrating. Also, I'm not sure if maybe the mattress is old: Not sure because I awoke with a sore back each morning, which is unusual for me.

The place was quiet and clean to sleep and rest. The room was cleaned and serviced daily.

The picture they use for their post is that of the back of the hotel and not the front or street view. The picture makes it appear as though the hotel is is somewhat isolated when in reality is in the center of the town and in a very busy, active and congested area

Nice big rooms,comfy bed,good room make up, pool for hot afternoons. Food market across street,atm,beer shop next door. Thalias noodle house 50 metres away good size pork/ beef noodles at good price. Also free airport pick up on request

Connected family room was really good. The staff was very kind and smiling, always ready to help. The value for the money was ok. The tours they organized was really very good.

Breakfast was average. The place of the hotel is average. The swimming pool was small and seemed like a little bit dirty, we did not use.

Breakfast was pathetic , very limited options for western taste as dominantly Chinese food and design , very poor . No fruit at all extremely bad coffee( brown water) waste of 300 pesos for breakfast charge . Mind the birds as they attacking your plates on the table as rice attracts them .

This was a good budget friendly hotel. I stayed here to do the underground river tour (highly recommend). It's very close to the airport with a free shuttle. They can organize the UG river tour for you. A few restaurants nearby. Rooms was good size for a reasonable price. I was able to get 3 hour late check-out for a reasonable fee. Wifi and AC were both good.

On a busy highway so not great for walking around.

Staffs are very friendly and accomodating of flexible early check in and late check out. There is also a free airport transfer upon check out.

Pool isn't open during our stay. Breakfast is only a plate of silog so it's a bit pricey. It's cheaper (half the price) to eat the same silog meal at nearby cafes.

Spacious room, cold AC, and proximity to everything you need. Sheets were clean and there were multiple pillows for use. Given the price you're paying, you had room amenities you'd only expect from hotels that are pricier.

Noise but was beyond the staff's control (there was a religious event right in front of the stadium and you could hear it all through out the night. Elevator carpet can be cleaner and better maintained.
